Good food and nice place!!! There have kids room and kids food. Kids like so much^^. Internet is nice and service also good!

Over the years I have tried just about every coffeeshop in Bishkek. Some good, some bad, some plain ugly. A lot of hit and misses. At Ant's I got this amazing experience, I decided to write this review. In Bishkek, most coffee shops open at...8 am. Ant's opened a little after 8. So, don't expect to get your coffee before 8:30. Their pizza oven does not work till lunch. They have a hands-on manager who keeps an eye on staff and customers, and came over to help me connect to the Wi-Fi. I normally get coffee and my wife got hot chocolate and mousse tart with pistachio and raspberry filling. It was the smoothest blend of Arabica coffee I have tried in Bishkek. Usually, coffeeshops mix cheaper Robusto coffee to cut costs and you get the bitter after taste when drinking such a blend. Depending on whether their main specialty is coffee or not, the coffee quality can drop off the cliff and commit suicide before it comes to your table. My wife said tart and the hot chocolate was also delicious. So, if you want a fresh brewed coffee, this is the place to go. There are coffeeshops that come and harass you to order more just because you are there longer. Ant's staff is very professional and nobody bothers you unless you get their attention. The facility is very spacious and well ventilated. Background music is soothing and does not get overwhelming. Ant's is ideal for families with small children. It's the only place in Bishkek that was intentionally designed to accommodate mothers with toddlers. The bathroom is equipped with diaper changing station, which you will not find anywhere else. Well, there are couple places that it was put more as an afterthought. Also, there is an entire kid's playroom on one end of the coffeeshop.More

Today me & my family went to this place. A month ago it was much better, but seems after reopening outside terrace area, the quality of service went terribly down ‼️Lack of trained stuff‼️ So, first we were waiting for our tea so long, but...with cups which were brought first😂. Ok, fine…(could’ve believe I would write this…fine).. Later we were asking for pencils for my 2 kids…our waitress brought us 4 pcs and Non-threaded pencils😱🙈..on my question how did she think we will use them, the answer was immediate ..that’s the only we have😂.. Me:Do you think I will Sharpen with teeth those 4 pcs?‼️ Afterwards she noticed they are not ready to use them ..and went to sharpen those 4😂🙈. Goshhhh… Next…when the dish was finished by my daughter , the waitress even didn’t ask my kid kindly to help her..she just pointed with her finger on the knife & the plate (to put knife on the plate-my interpretation in human’s language)😱‼️‼️‼️What is this????❌Are you serious , guys⁉️⁉️⁉️ Oh,..and later one of the stuff said: “it was the wrong waitress , next time I will serve you”😳😳😳 That means it is fine to have different level of services at the same place , depends how lucky you are that moment.👎🏼 What a disgusting approach to the guests‼️ What a shame ‼️More

Dance Music at Ants Coffee (Novotel) is annoying. Just because of that music you don't feel like coming back. Coffee is always nice there. Nice, cozy atmosphere. Hope they change. All they need to do is open YouTube and search Coffee, Music :))

Asked to bring sauce. Tabasco 90 som 3 ml and waiter did not inform about the price. Bad for such place to charge for small extra…. 👎

One simple problem: the waitstaff do NOT right down the orders and every time I go in there (or my friends) they get it wrong: something doesn’t come or it comes with the wrong dressing, etc. The restaurant is nice and the food is good...but I don’t really want to go back because I don’t ever get what I order. Even when I triple check the order they get 7/10. How hard is it to WRITE the order down? If the management sorts this out it will be an excellent place. It’s so basicMore

Mornings for breakfast and coffee are my favorite here. Sit outside on the nice patio, Erkindik is slow in the mornings, and enjoy a "private" breakfast. Not to many people or to much noise. Great for reading, working or just being able to chat without...to many distractions. The evenings can be busier and therefore slower service, but that's to be expected when it's a full house. Favorites: Ribeye to splurge, pizza for lunch/mid afternoon, any of the breakfast items and the espresso tonics or lemonade.More
