Great place to relax and have a cup of coconut coffee or Saigon brown coffee. They make the tastiest coffee in Hanoi. Tried a few cafes for the coconut coffee but nothing like what was offered here. Definitely a place not to miss.

I just passed by here, and went in to drink coffee at this place, the shop is beautifully designed, the staff is not enthusiastic. The best drink is the bad coffee
If you’re a tourist you aren’t welcome!!! The staff are so rude, we asked if we could get a pastry and coffee to take away and the staff were extremely rude in saying no because we had our backpacks with us. We were taking away...anyway!! Their attitude stinks towards tourists whether there be a language barrier or not it’s nice to smile or apologise. Made us feel extremely uncomfortable.More
One of the staff recommended the tea I forgot the name but it has cinnamon on it. Its really good! My coffee tolerance is a bit low so I went on and just ordered tea. Didnt disappoint.
My coffee was fabulous. The ambiance was bustling and ebullient. The theme and decor is humorous (think about it). Good stuff all around. Can't wait to go back next trip.
I resisted going to Cong Caphe because I had other 'hardcore' coffee places in mind to visit and it seemed to give off a bit of a hipster vibe. Glad I went (due to the hotel staff insistence) to try the iced coconut coffee. Easily...slid to Top 3 coffees I drank in Hanoi, perfectly refreshing after a half day of walking in the humid city streets. Iced properly, light and balanced in sweetness and still with a good caffeine kick. The pastries are no good - bland and dry, so don't even bother. The seats in the balcony facing the street fill up so fast, but there will be other tables available for you.More
Amazing coffees and had a great hot chocolate to warm me up. The service was a little slow so have some time to spare when planning to go there.
Cosy place for coffe thea and small breakfwat nibble. Nice to be there. Challenging menu, not very transparant what to order and what to get. Expected warm coffee… got ice coffee. Daughter wanted ice tea with bubbles. Out of stock, waiter had hard time to...offer alternative selection. No soda’sMore
Really good place for people watching as it is just opposite the church. The coffee was awesome and it was cheap! Highly recommended.
A cozy place with a decoration inspired by the communism of the 60s. It has a wide range of smoothies and drinks that you can share while eating sunflower seeds
I really enjoyed my iced coffee here. The service was friendly. Price was reasonable and view from the top is fun to watch the crazy traffic!
This is the perfect place for several reasons ; - Location, watch the world of Hanoi go by from the perch of the balconies! Graciously situated at one of the busiest hubs - Try a fabulous drink! I recommend mango smoothies and best of all...Coconut Cocoa. Iced perfection! - Friendly service at a patient pace, no rushing of customersMore
I think we went there each day of our trip in Hanoi. *They have locations all over Vietnam too! Thanks to them I am not addicted to coconut coffee (the version I got was like an affogado).
Fun place to hang out, although every one of these in the city center is always crowded. I became addicted to the frozen coconut coffee—their specialty. Everyone should try it at least once (just try once, ha!).
I went here to try Coconut coffee. The service from staff was good and kind. The coffee was just delicious and unique.
