We regularly stay at an apartment close to this restaurant but have never been before until now. What a lovely surprise. Genuinely authentic Italian food and lovely staff. The food was fabulous and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and the waitress was attentive and nothing...was too much trouble. We will definitely return. Thank you.More

Good Italian Food & Wine - Reasonable Prices

Although I have been to BKK numerous times, I stumbled by pure accident on Ailati. What a wonderful surprise. As a wine bar, there are a fair number of wines to try from a number of regions, all at reasonable prices. The meal choices are...primarily Italian from pizza to pasta to main courses. I tried the pasta and not only was it tasty but it came with freshily gound cheese. I had a window seat overlooking a busy intersection and the entire meal was a pleasure with reasonable prices. I will return.More

Absolutely superb

It might be odd as a tourist to seek out an Italian restaurant in Thailand but this really is worth a visit. We had a fantastic meal. Great selection of wines and the pizza is excellent. Lovely setting once you get inside so don't be...put off by the busy junction ... seats upstairs if it looks busy inside and out.More

Lovely Staff and Food

We visited Bangkok for a few days and was staying on Silom Road. If your looking for a restaurant near Silom Road that serves fresh and tasty European type food this is the place to go. We had Bruschetta and the Penne Arrabiata both dishes...were delicious lots of Fresh Tomato and Garlic on the Bruschetta and the Penne had a nice kick of chilli. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back when returning to Bangkok.More

Family visit

Lovely main courses, pizza and pasta. Wanted a change from Thai food. Didn’t book but went early. Filled up quickly. Worth a visit!

The best Italian in Bangkok!

This was an amazing find. I suddenly got a hankering for Italian food and came across his place. The food was amazing, they even had draft Peroni! The staff are super friendly and the Bruschetta I had as a stater made my day. If you...want Italian food in Bangkok, you have to go here!More

Perfect

Unfortunately, we just tried 2 dishes. Spaghetti carbonara and pizza marinara. What shall I say - it was perfect. No wonder, as the chefs and owners are Italians. So, if you are in Bangkok and longing for some Italian food, go to Ailati. Plus: they...are VERY friendly.More

Great Italian restaurant

The food here is delicious. Our waitor was really nice and patient with us. But I recommend to sit inside as it's too noisy outside.

Beautiful food & a lovely atmosphere

Visited this restaurant on our last night in Bangkok. Made to feel so welcome and the food was fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Great restaurant

We really enjoyed our night here. Food very good, lasagne and pizza. Good wine and excellent tirimisu. Very friendly and helpful staff and great Italian owner. Far better than the supposed ' Italian' restautant closer to the Shangri La hotel. Would definitely recommend

Amazing food!

If you are looking for some beautiful Italian food after all your pad Thai, then come here. The owner is so passionate about everything. We were on our last night of travelling around Thailand for a month and this was the perfect place. Genuine beautiful...Italian food, helpful staff and on a corner you can watch the world go by.
