They bring your food on hot stones and they continue to cook at your table. Both dishes we had were delicious.

The Radisson has 4 restaurants. The pool bar is called stone grill because it has a few hot rocks dishes. Service is Caribbean (slow and random). Friday night they have a DJ that pounds out loud music.
We didn't eat any food, but we did come here twice for drinks. The place has a good vibe for relaxing and enjoying a cold beverage.

Really enjoyed the presentation, and the service was outstanding. However, I was a little nervous eating pork that was prepared in this way. Otherwise... no concerns -- just delight from a delicious meal!
