We stopped by to grab a snack and weren't disappointed. The ice cream was great. We had a raspberry twist, an orange twist and a vanilla milkshake. The lines were long, but it was worth the wait.

There was always a queue at this place so we had to try. The majority of the flavours were “ice”, a sorbet to the British, rather than ice cream. There is also a “Joe Latti” - soft serve vanilla ice cream at the base with...ice on top, topped off with a swirl of soft serve vanilla. We tried that with the flavour of the day- quite refreshing. Every time I would drive by Joe's, I would see a long line. I couldn't help myself, and I had to see what the fuss was about. After some research, I read that the Joe Latti is the best thing on the menu. We stopped...by right when they opened, and let me tell you... it was great. We ordered 3 Joe Lattis: Strawberry Banana, Cotton Candy, and Strawberry Colada. We couldn't get over how good the ice is with the swirl of soft serve. Another childhood memory and this one I’m glad to say might even be better than I remembered! Yes, you are going to wait in line and yes parking is a challenge but the end result is well worth it! So CREAMY & Tasty🍦💘💋💋! I love the Soft Serve Ice Cream/ but Joe’s Italian Ice is known for the Italian Ice. The employees are as NICE & EFFICIENT as can be! It can get pretty CRAZY @ night🤣. An OC happening meeting place🤣😂!

This place is so popular - and justifiably so. Awesome flavours that change daily. Dont be put off by the long lines - multiple windows are open and the line moves quickly. Dolewhip is also available. The family loved this place.

This is one of the most disgusting ice creams that I ever ate in my life. There is a long queue of Americans outside, meaning that the product is either loved or hip. But if you are Italian, as I am, and used to real...decent ice: don’t go there. Maybe it deserves two stars instead of one, but the “best ice cream on the planet” sign deserves a punishment in this case. I could not finish my cup of ice: extremely sweet and milky flavor with some ice crystals inside that completely ruined the texture of the product. This place was pointed out to us as our driver took us to the hotel. We weren't sure what we would get, but it was tasty and fun. This place is an example of what California used to be. The kids who work there are...well trained. While the treats are good, I don't think it beats the Shave Ice at some places in Hawaii.More

Pregnant or African American you will be denied bathroom use because they “cleaned it already” but then workers use the restroom. Indecency and unjust. That is completely ridiculous as a human being to deny use because you want to get off early.
