If I could rate this place a 0 star I would. I have been coming to this Morton's for over 4 years and never once did I have an issue. Today, I had special reservations and never did I think an establishment like this would...pull such a nasty comment. So, I show up at my reserved time and I check-in with a hostess. A few moments later the "manager" very rude says I am going to have to cancel your reservation and you guys need to go home and change then come back. He "claimed" that we smelled like "marijuana". Mind you that while we were getting our car parked there was people around us smoking. We must have picked up the smell previously to walking in. Anyways I asked the "manager" it made no sense for him to deny us service. I had never heard of such ridiculous issue. I was so upset and mad at this point. We drove here to have a great dinner and have a good time and this manager ruined our night! I walked out because I had no mood to argue. At that point I did not want to even eat or ever come back to this place. There is better ways to handle this situation and I feel this was a way of discrimination against us. NEVER again will step foot into this place in my life again and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone any longer !!!!More

We had just walked out of Disney and was hungry. Dining in the park has changed so much, now with the reservations system you can't even sit at the last minute. So we decided to eat at Morton's, since i'm a long time Morton's VIP...(Sad that Landry's changed that). Anyways, this location seems to be less spectacular than the other locations i've been to. We were seated in the bar area at a high top....right next to the service door. Guess we weren't dressed appropriately for the dining room. But did a quick scan of the dining room and saw that we weren't the only ones in shorts and tees shirts. And there were even some women in barely there tops and yoga pants. So that brought down my expectations a notch. Took about 5 mins for our server to acknowledge us, she greeted another table that was seated after us. 10 mins after that she came back and asked us if we wanted drinks. Ordered drinks. We were about to order our meal, having been seated already for about 20 mins and was ready , looking at the menu and also being a Morton's patron i knew what I wanted. But, our server felt compelled to scoot off to other tables instead of asking us if we were ready. Not going to complain about the food, it was alright, but for the price we paid, we should've gotten better service. You might as well go over to Ruth Chris's steakhouse....or better yet to over to the Cheesecake Factory, cuz it felt a little like that.More

I'm here at a trade show. The trade show opens the next day. I decided to just have an early quick dinner at the bar. The bartender mentioned that they're raising all the prices due to the trade show coming and a hamburger may not...be available. I recall vividly having a wonderful hamburger at a Morton's near where I live in the Philly area. Trying to save some money for my company, I decide to have a Burger and a glass of wine. I asked for the house cab. Bartender mentions 2 house cabs. And the one that I picked was one of "THE" most expensive glasses of wine on the menu.. OUCH.. So much for trying to ask for a glass of wine that may not be expensive. I asked for my Burger to be cooked "medium". It came out closer to medium well. No biggie. The meat that they use is good enough that medium well still tasted wonderful. But I was never asked if it was cooked to my liking.. Morton's, you can do better. "Beware of the money grab" Never again..More

This was our second visit to Morton’s, after first visiting for our honeymoon in 2019. The food on this visit was as expected, which was excellent. Unfortunately we were let down by terrible service. At one point we waited 45 mins for an Old Fashioned,...even after reminding the waitress 3 times. When you are paying $400 for a meal, you expect good service.More

Over priced, over packed and service does not reflect the price you pay. Steak orders where wrong bar was backed up for 30 mins for drinks would not recommend and I won’t be back

I HATE writing reviews like this, but this one has to be done. I travel the US weekly for business and often dine at Morton Steakhouse locations. This particular visit to Anaheim was my first. It all started with an extremely long day cleaning up...at the convention center after spending the week at the IME West Show. My son was with me and had never experienced Morton’s so I thought this would be a rewarding treat for all his hard work he put in. Our hotel was next door and our room overlooked the Disney fireworks so we opted to get the order “to go” so we could relax for the remainder of the evening. Upon walking in, the hostess seemed offended that we walked in to place an order to go. She was quite rude and gave me the impression that she either didn’t like her job or just didn’t like people in general. We placed our order and sat at the bar for a cocktail as we waiting. The bartender was WONDERFUL…friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. When our order came out, we immediately walked back to our hotel to begin dining. The food stayed warm and it looked good, until we tried it. We each ordered shrimp scampi and the shrimp on both plates were so overdone that they were inedible. We each tried one and it was so overdone that it crumbled on the edges and was extremely tough and chewy in the center. We pushed the shrimp aside and ate some of the pasta. THEN, onto the lobster mac…I expected a nice creamy cheese like I have experienced in the past. This was not the case. It was dry and almost curdled. So, we ate the lobster and left the pasta as that was completely inedible. This was a very frustrating experience to say the least and I would not recommend this location.More

First time visiting, long time steak connoisseur. This prime rib steak was to die for. Coupled with some grilled asparagus and their house bread pudding, I was in heaven. Great job team.

We came here to celebrate my late father's birthday. The staff was all amazing and accomodating from personalizing our menu, to holding our cake, to being so understanding of the tears and emotions. Andrew was our server and he was so patient and kind. He...patiently fixed a few typos on our menu. He made sure the candles that we brought for the cake were properly displayed, he sang happy birthday with us, he even gave my mom the biggest hug and let us know his heart was with us. The day was extremely emotional but the team at Morton's made it feel just a tiny bit lighter. And the food was just absolutely amazing. Everything we ate was perfect.More

I made this reservation because I thought this would be nice for my birthday. Invited friends and family someplace nice… so I thought. Basically the restaurant is not being managed well. Took a long time for any of our food or beverages to show up...from drinks .. through appetizers and dinner. The kitchen is being overrun with too may reservations at the same time and just pushing out whatever they can whenever they can. We sent back 3 out of 5 undercooked steaks and 2 of those twice!! This should not happen at a “steakhouse “?? The only good thing is it won’t happen again because I wont go back . Sad ….More

This was one of the most disastrous meals I have ever experienced. My husband and I went on Thanksgiving, which was also the final night of our honeymoon. We'd looked forward to this meal the entire time. The first courses were delicious, then when our...steaks came, mine that I had ordered as medium was basically raw in the center. It took us several minutes to track down the server. When we did he agreed the steak was not at the appropriate temperature, and took it to the kitchen. About 10-minutes later he returned with the steak. They had recooked the pieces I had sliced off, and the exterior looked ok. Once I sliced into it, it was the same story. Undercooked, to a potentially dangerous level. This time, it was harder to find our server, my husband was trying to slowly eat his steak, but I didn't want his to get cold so I begged him to just eat it. Finally, approximately 12-minutes later our server checked in, and I showed him the inside, he was clearly astonished to see the issue had not been resolved. At this point, I saw him seek the aid of the manager who whisked the steak back to the kitchen. It's at this point, I wish they had asked me what I wanted to do. I was so anxious from the experience and so upset seeing how upset my husband was for me, that I honestly didn't even want to eat. The manager returned and informed me that they were cooking me a new steak, a nice gesture but again at this point my stomach hurt from the stress of having to return food to the kitchen twice. 20 minutes later, my husband now completely finished for quite some time my steak arrived. This time cooked appropriately. We had hoped for a quiet, relaxing final night of our trip with an exceptional meal. We selected Morton's for its reputation, but it unfortunately was a terrible, stressful experience. I was further astonished that when the check came they did nothing to make it right. Nothing. Did we ultimately get what we ordered, yes. But part of fine dining is also the experience, something Morton's themselves tout on their own marketing materials. I was astonished that a restaurant where we were spending $200+ a person would take such poor care of their customers. What we had hoped would be a highlight of our trip was a disaster. While I understand the current labor shortages, and I'm patient with delays and staff training issues, but I was severely disappointed at their ability to rebound and make it right for the customer.More

Good classic steakhouse. Service was good. Checked on us through out the meal. The wedge salad was big enough for two to share. The procutto wrapped mozzarella appitizer was decent. Would have preferred it to be cold instead of warmed. The bread and butter was...great. Was hot and butter was spreadable. The salmon was cooked just right. on top of a cauliflower and pea mixture. Was surprisingly really tasty. Huges sides. Creamed spinach was tasty and full of flavor. A good choice for special occasionsMore

Came in for OC Restaurant Week. No indoor dining yet but they have a tented area for patio dining with multiple heaters. Service by Karl was friendly and efficient . He explained all the prix fixe choices for Restaurant Week, gave us a freshly baked...onion and potato bread and checked on us frequently. We picked: Cup of Baked Five Onion Soup + 8oz Filet Mignon + Creamed Spinach + Double Chocolate Mousse ($50) Ceasar salad + 16 oz Double-Cut Pork Chop + Garlic Mashed Potato + Key Lime Pie ($50) Of course I had Lemon Drop Martini ($18) The meats were tender and tasty and the portions were a good size. Really good value for money! We enjoyed dinner, didn’t feel rushed and was very happy seeing more and more people going back out to eat.More
