Bacon mac & cheese: a winning combination!

The mac & cheese was delicious, although I found the bread vone is was served in to be stodgy, so I didn't finish it. The lemonade is delicious!

Unique lunch stop

We were in need of a quick lunch so we stopped here. Cone #3 has all the lunch-type entrees. At first they said they were out of macaroni & cheese and it would be 20 minutes (after we’d already waited in line for 15 minutes), but another employee came in with a fresh pan while we were ordering and saved the day. I had the chili cone queso, our son had the bacon mac & cheese cone, and my husband had the Luigi’s chicken pesto cone (seasonal). It was all very delicious. The cones are billed as a snack portion, but it was too much food for our 9 year old, and us splitting his leftovers gave us a perfect meal portion paired with our own cones. We also grabbed a sugar cookie churro (seasonal) from cone #1 to share and it was melt-in-your-mouth tasty.

We had popcorn and some wild grape tonic. We love the cute theme of this whole Cars area. McQueen was there posing for photos with kids and adults alike. Fun little area

Mobile ordered Churros. About $7 each for the standard cinnamon churro. They came with caramel dipping sauce which wouldn't have been necessary had the churro been better. For us on the west coast, skip Disneyland Churros and find a Del Taco. For visitors, venture outside of the Disney bubble and get yourselves a much superior Del Taco churro. You'll save $5/order. Everything at Disneyland is overpriced. Be prepared to be nickel and dimed, and sticker shock.

The ice cream was very good, but before that we had to wait in one line to place the order, then went to another kiosk and wait in the line to pick up our orders, which is ridiculous. This is due to their cash register being down. Another malfunction to add to the long list of malfunctions.

Bread Cones

What could be better than carbs in a carb container? The Cozy Cone Bread Cone entrees are yummy and fun to eat. We ordered the mac and cheese and the seasonal red hot chicken cones and shared. Bother were delicious, although the chicken cone was very spicy. They are priced at $8.99 for the mac and cheese and $9.49 for the chicken. It's a good, filling and affordable Disney meal.

Good, but I’ve had Better

I think this is pretty good for a quick service location. The concept is cool, but in actuality, it’s kind of annoying to have to go to separate lines for pretzel bites, Mac and cheese, ice cream, ice water, soda, corn, etc. I have a family with very different tastes. The bacon Mac and cheese in a bread cone made a decent snack/light lunch.

Delicious!!

I am not even much of a mac and cheese eater, but this dish will be a must-do anytime I visit CAP. So delicious with the bacon on top and in the bread cone. Also, their pomegrante limeade was soooo refreshing! (I only did average for food value since it's Disney...everything is overpriced, but people willingly pay!)

Cones, not just for Ice Cream anymore!

When I saw you could get Mac and Cheese with bacon, in a cheese bread cone I had to try it! This is a must try! I loved the cheesy goodness combined with the bacon. The worst part of the meal was the cheese bread cone, but even that was fantastic. It's probably intended as a snack, but I was able to make a meal of it leaving me full enough without over eating.

Get the mac n cheese cone with bacon if you go

We went here while in Cars land based on reviews. I was surprised at how quickly you received the food. It is basically ready right after you pay. We ordered both the chili con queso cone and the macaroni and cheese with bacon cone. Both were good, but we both agreed that the mac n cheese one was much better. The nice thing about this place is the food is very portable, so you can eat it while walking if desired. The cost was also a pretty decent value compared to other options. The cones didn’t fill us up too much but enough to curb your hunger or for a light meal. We would definitely come back and get the mac n cheese cone again.

Quick Bites in every Cone

This area has the set up just like in the movie. Each cone has a different snack option to order. We elected to order the Pretzel bites (one with and one without cheese). They were a typical snack but delivered in a cute, orange cardboard cone. You can also find your typical soft serve ice cream, churros, flavored popcorn or even chili “cone” queso. The server at the Pretzel Bites did appear to be having a not so magical day and we felt our order disturbed her. However, we smiled and wished her a good day!!!

I love Route 66 so everything about Cars Land is awesome, especially Cozy Cone Motel. This is basically a group of cone shaped buildings, each selling a different type of fast food. The soft serve is DELISH!
