It pains me to write this because I considered this my favorite restaurant for years and years, and now? I don't know what happened. We had reservations booked for dinner on 12/3. I came in with my new husband, and my folks since I had...raved and raved about how great this place was. When I got the menu, I had found that the offerings were so much less in options than what they used to carry and the items didn't seem too appealing. I wasn't super hungry, so I decided to get a bowl of gumbo, my Dad had the same and my Mom went with the fish and my husband had the pastalaya. The gumbo to me was just subpar. Which I hated to even think since my last dining experience in having the black and blue steak was incredible (they no longer offer this). I stuck to ice tea since I hadn't been feeling well the last few days prior. What really bothered me the most, was our waiter was no where to be seen for the majority of our dinner. He popped in once to refill our glasses and that was at our request and offered dessert, as soon as we said we were too full to have any, he disappeared and we didn't see him again until it was time to collect the check. I get that waiters want those who are going to tip well, my husband and I usually tip 25% or more regardless of what we order. We both worked in restaurants and we both know how hard it is to live off of just tips and a wage that isn't going to get the bills paid, but you don't treat your guests like they don't matter if they don't order a lobster, wine, and dessert. I'm really disheartened with the entire experience and my hubby now feels like I gassed the place up to make it sound like it was so much better than it actually is. I don't know that I want to return after this.More

This was one of many Disney venues we dined at during our week here and the food, atmosphere and service were among the best. Duvi was our server and she really took care of our 7 member party including two energetic young ones. We had...beef medallions, burgers and kids meals and all were very good. Good drink selection too. Enjoyable atmosphere inside and outside. We’d definitely come back here!More

Jazz Kitchen is one of our favorites in Downtown Disney. We always make a reservation, but one is not usually necessary. There is a nice choice of drinks and draft beer, including several Abita choices. We had the tater tot appetizer, which is a great...choice if you like tater tots. The burger was good as always and the jambalaya (which can be had with rice instead of pasta) is spicy and NOLA worthy. Staff here are always attentive and friendly.More

My family and I were at downtown Disney and we wanted to grab an early bite to eat (4:30pm). We stopped by this restaurant and asked for a table. Although there were a number of tables open, we were told that we had to wait...and were put on a waiting list. The list was electronic and sent a text to your phone. I received the initial text to indicate that we were on the list. We walked around a bit and after twenty minutes, we still hadn’t received a text so we gave up and were able to get a table at another restaurant right away with no wait.More

I am sad writing this because I have, in the past, given this restaurant glowing reviews. This was our 4th time here, but the first post Covid. Typically we order the same meal, the steak medallions. We all ordered medium rare. Out of the six...medallions served, two per plate times 3 orders, one was medium rare. The rest were all over. Did I talk to the waiter about it? Jack, our waiter, never once came over to check on us. Halfway through the meal I sought him out to ask him to come back to our table to refresh our drinks. We pre-ordered the double chocolate bread pudding which used to come in a little bowl with chocolate, both white and dark, on the side. It now comes as a huge, dense, chunk of bread pudding on a plate. You didn’t get that nice, crusty top and didn’t have the joy of pouring the melted chocolate over the pudding. There were five of us there, with a bill totaling over $350. I know some establishments are using Covid as an excuse for poor service however I am hoping standards improve because as sad as I am to say this, I don’t know if I’ll be back.More

My friend and I absolutely loved it here!!! Okay forst the scenery is so cute and you really feel like you are in New Orleans! There is a fountain when you first walk in and if you look closely you can see instruments! Then walk...into the other room with the bar and there is a bedazzled piano! The piano player was amazing too and had a great New Orleans style voice! Customer Service was top notch as we didn’t have a reservation but we could sit at the bar. Michelle and Sean waited on us and they were superb! Really great! Very Disney-like which is a big compliment! Drinks were amazing! (You only need one if you know what I mean!) I had the Cat-5 Hurricane and my friend had the Mint Julep. For food we split the French bread which was typical French Bread and the Pasta Jambalaya which was AMAZING! I’m craving it again right now! Overall, great place to dine, so glad we went, and can’t wait to go back when we are in the area again!More

We walked in one evening of our trip and enjoyed the experience. The restaurant features food you would expect from a restaurant in New Orleans: blackened, Cajun, etc. it is perhaps a little more expensive than I would have liked, but not rightfully so. The...atmosphere is family friendly, and as it is located in Downtown Disney, you can expect lots of families there. Make sure to save room for beignets.More

。 。 Ralph’s Coffee M/F, Ralph Lauren Landmark Prince’s Building flagship 。 。

I am more than accustomed to the exorbitant prices for the average food Disney subjects their guests to, but Ralph Brennans took it too far. This was truly the first time I looked at the bill and felt I was ripped off. First, the chicken...po boy is literally the kids chicken tenders between 2 pieces of bread. Dry and flavorless. Caesar salad is the bagged stuff you get at the grocery store. The gumbo was decent. There are much better options in Downtown Disney and in the parks. If in a pinch it will do, but do yourself a favor by preplanning and making reservations somewhere better.More

We haven't been to this restaurant in a long time, but were happy to find out it's just as great as ever! You need to make reservations ahead of time as it's very popular. Thankfully, they took us as walk-ins after only a 10 minute...wait, and we sat outside on their heated patio. You can ride the monorail here from Disneyland if you're at the park. Amazing cocktails, beer and DESSERT, fresh beignets! As for dinner, it was truly delicious, too. My husband and I both had the medallions of beef, and they were cooked to perfection. The green beans had an amazing sauce of bacon bits and maple flavor. And the fingerling potatoes were cooked just right!More

We ate dinner before the after hours holiday party at Disneyland and it was really good. The kids got buttered pasta and loved it so much. I didn’t love that my son’s shirt was completely stained by the butter, but that’s to be expected with...a 4 year old. Overall, the food was good and the prices were normal Disney prices. Our server was excellent. She kept our glasses full, split our check, and let us take our time!More

Depends on the time. Usually tables available at lunch time for walk up, but less likely in evening. Reservation never hurts.
