We had a great meal here. The queue was 40 minutes at dinner so we came back at lunch and they fit us in easily. 7 people (1 child) for $140 with no alcohol so not necessarily cheap but so much delicious food! We would visit again!

We went to an old favorite and were not disappointed. We drove a short distance from out hotel on S. Harbor Blvd. to the Cheesecake Factory on Katella Ave. There is a parking garage a short walk away, that is validated by most of the restaurants in the area. Our party of 3 shared an appetizer Caesar salad then ordered the Pasta Da Vinci, Chicken Madeira and fried shrimp entree. All of the food was warm, fresh and tasty as always. The service was good and the prices here are reasonable.
We arrived right around 5:00 pm and were seated right away. By the time we finished our meal about an hour later, the wait was over an hour. Get their early to avoid the wait.

Well, The Cheesecake Factory is always a great go to! Although both my husband and I felt all the food was “very sweet” (meaning all sauces and dressings seemed sweeter than necessary), the dishes were still good. My husband had the pulled pork sliders and I had the Skinnilicious soft tacos. We liked my tacos better than the sliders (esp. due to the overly sweet factor), but both meals hit the spot anyway. For Dessert, The Chocolate chip cookie dough and fresh strawberry cheesecakes were delectable!! For obvious reasons, sweeter than the initial part of the meal, but Absolutely delicious! We would go back, but probably only for the cheesecakes next time!!

Don't know if we picked a particularly busy night or what for our visit to this eatery.
However, we understood the wait for entry - not an issue. However, after ordering our food, we seemed to wait an inordinate amount of time for our food to arrive - which we weren't overly concerned about initially, but when people adjacent to us, who had arrived after us, started to receive their mains before us, we asked where our grub was, to be told they were really busy, in quite an abrupt manner.
Well sorry Mr aspiring actor or whatever, you just blew the tip from us.
We were looking forward to dining here as well, after having a great experience some years ago in one of their restaurants over in Boston. Sadly, perhaps this will be the last time we bother, when we get back to the USA, may not be on the list.

Our group of seven decided to eat supper at the Cheesecake Factory during our visit to Disneyland. The restaurant is close to many hotels surrounding Disneyland, so it is a easy to walk to. The menu has a a huge number of options, so it was able to satisfy all of our different tastes. The cost is about normal, not cheap, but not overpriced. The amount of food in each serving was very plentiful, even for the larger men in our group. Of course the selection of cheesecake varieties is unbelievable. If you love dessert, this is a most stop restaurant.

After a day at the Disnyeland parks and coping with Disney prices the Cheesecake Factory was a refreshing change. We reserved a table and were seated in a timely fashion. Excellent menu choices and prices about half what you would spend in Downtown Disney. Our server was friendly and attentive. Cheesecake choices are numerous. We split one slice between 3 of us which was plenty. Nice to have cheesecake that actually tastes like cheesecake! Our experience was so good we went again the next night and were not disappointed. We recommend skipping the Disney machine and heading to Cheesecake Factory!

Guess there's a reason why they are called the Cheesecake Factory. The mains were so so, despite having a very wide selection (a clear sign that they aren't really very specialised and hence not very good with the food). The options are so many it took us so long to decide and the server couldn't even quite give a recommendation as there are just too many.
Cheesecake was excellent and is what you should go for.

First of all let me just start by saying the service was the WORST service I have ever gotten!! I ordered a margarita and when I got it the drink was awful no alcohol in it, I could’ve gotten a icee from the 7/11 up the street that would have been better. The food also made me sick please don’t ever order the nachos made me very sick, and I have even tried to reach out to them nothing. Save yourself some time and please don’t ever come here or bother there are much better places to eat at with way better service.

Great location in the Garden Walk. We ordered online for pick up. We arrived at pick up to a line and had to wait. Once food was picked up and we sat down the salad was warm and the hot food was almost completely cold.
Advise to go once ordered and get in front of time. Door dash drivers were serviced first over walk in customers. The food quality it amazingly good

We arrived at the restaurant and waited 35 minutes to be seated (it was super busy on a Saturday night and we were totally fine waiting, it was expected). But the system is so weird, you get a text when your table is ready so you go up and let the hostess know and then they make you stand off to the side and wait for someone for another 5-6 minutes when you’ve just been standing in that spot for 30. Once we were seated it was at least 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. When the waitress came we were ready to order everything. My husbands pop and our waters came out very quickly but my lemonade took quite sometime. Then we got our cold bread with rock hard butter, how is that supposed to work?? Our dinner also came out at this time, literally 4 minutes after placing our order. My husbands spaghetti was okay but my fettuccine Alfredo was not good. It had very little flavour and my pasta was rock hard all clumped together like it had been sitting out for hours, it wasn’t even warm. I’m paying $21 for a dish of noodles, it could at least be cooked. Our waitress never checked in to see if everything came out okay. The cheesecake was delicious, the meals saving grace. At the end of the meal we paid cash, the waitress just came by and took the money without saying anything or asking us if we needed change. Not pleased with this.

For a franchise restaurant we were really surprised at the high quality of food and service. They have a very extensive menu that is sure to have something everyone would like. We had area, seafood and pasta dishes. All were great. What made this dining experience exceptional was the service we received from our server Michelle H.
We would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting in the greater Disneyland area..

This is a good Cheesecake Factory location, it gets very crowded since it’s close to Disneyland. The staff are accommodating and helpful, even though it was extremely crowded, they still got us seated in 25 minutes. The food met our expectations, but the service was slightly behind. We had to request our server to refill our drinks, we were not able to get her attention until the end of our meal. Overall, this was a good experience.

Seated quickly at about 9:30 on a Monday. Korean cauliflower small plate was excellent, as was the salad. My honey truffle chicken was a bit of a miss. They basically forgot to put the glaze on it while it was being prepared. I took a bite and realized it was wrong. Waited a few minutes for the sever to come by and pointed out the error. Rather than take away my entree and fix it, a few minutes later he brought me a small dish of the glaze. By this point, the chicken has cooled and the glaze is at room temperature, so just pouring it on is not the same as applying it while the chicken is hot. He also did not bring enough glaze for both chicken breasts. Dessert was excellent as always. Overall, somewhat disappointing, but not terrible.

worst staff at any Cheesecake Factory I have seen, especially the manager on duty at 10:00 pm. We made a reservation for 10 people at noon today, we’re told that they cannot accommodate our group from the manager while the manager threw his staff staff under the bus for misinforming us. We came in with four kids, we’re told we had to be separated into two groups, tables far from each other. The irony is a group of ten people walked in just as we were seated and were seated at a table for 10 people, altogether, while we had waited for over 30 minutes before being seated. Not only was the large group seated in front of us they also received their food before us infront of us. Extremely disorganized, we voiced this to the manager who had nothing to say but “sorry” we accommodate large walk in groups but not reservations….seems like the ODDEST and non-sensical excuse ever lol! Definitely would give 0 stars if it was possible.

Our group consisted of three adults and three children. We chose to eat outside and enjoyed the heaters as the wind came up making it very cool.
Our waitress was very efficient and took care of us in a timely and friendly manner. I am sorry I did not get her name! All of our food items were good and generous portions. We had a pleasant experience and will definitely return when back in the area.
