We've eaten at several of Roy's restaurants in Hawaii and California for well over a decade and have never had even an average meal. This time, the dynamite salmon and the parmesan bacon-crusted sea bass were wonderful. And Roy's made eating vegetables a treat with...their tempura green beans. I've never loved green beans so much before! We always finish the meal off by sharing the chocolate soufflé. We could tell that the server was a little new, but it wasn't a big problem. If you can afford it, you can't go wrong at Roy's.More

We had a wonderful meal at Roy’s of Anaheim. We started with tempura tuna roll and cocktails. I had the Hawaiian martini while my wife enjoyed the 1988 cocktail. We both ordered the butterfish for dinner. Delicious. It was a terrific meal and we look...forward to our next visitMore

I've eaten at the Tampa location which was much better but I really love their food! Service was good and we had a nice relaxing evening.

The fillet (59$ before tax) ordered medium, arrived well done (not even pink). The kids menu appetizer arrived after the main. The shrimp tempura is in fact mushroom and broccoli tempura with the occasional shrimp. The sushi selection is about 5 rolls, one of which...was not available. Not a good experience.More

First time visit to Roy’s and I am sold. Great food, good drinks, nice ambiance and super professional service. I wish I had one of these restaurants nearby where I live.

Went to Roy's again, and we all decided that Roy's is the best restaurant in Anaheim. We all tried different dishes this time. Such a fabulous dinner, especially the Canoe appetizer for 2, which was expanded for the 5 of us. Equally superb was the...butterfish and braised short ribs. The upside down pineapple cake and the chocolate cake were outstanding. We were celebrating a graduation, and Roy's made it very special with a nice sign on the table when we arrived, and the desserts displayed beautifully with a candle. Service was excellent. Parking was easy in the lot, and Roy's will validate your parking ticket for 2 hours.More

At a time that quality restaurants and service is hard to find Roys did not disappoint. We went for my wives birthday. Food, service were great. A wonderful way to unwind from a long day at the park.

Really great meals with exceptional service. The drinks are not bad either. Soufflé desert was wonderful I am sure I would have written that even without the Mai Tai.

Everything we tried was delicious, especially the lobster potstickers, macadamia nut Mahi Mahi, blackened Island Ahi, salmon,Butterfield, and all three desserts (chocolate souffle, pineapple cake, fig cake). Service was excellent, and Roy's validates parking for two hours!

We decided to try Roy's based on the online reviews we had found and we are glad we did. We had a few dishes from the starters menu including the Ebi Roll , Crispy Wok Fried Shrimp Tempura and the wedge salad. The portions were...perfect and the dishes tasted amazing. The Macadamia Nut Bread Pudding was worth the visit alone. Great staff and setting. Hope to return one day.More

I arrived early in the happy hour food and drink menus period at Roy's. With just two customers in that area, we got excellent service, and most helpful suggestions around wine and food pairings. This level of service continued, even as this area quickly stacked...up beyond seating capacity. This place is popular because the food and service offering is very, very good. I will return.More

The food was good, the wait staff was very good. Don’t go there unless you have a reservation. We waited 30-40 minutes and saw numerous tables that were unoccupied; we couldn’t understand why???

I had the salmon, and it was quite good. Not a memorable meal otherwise. Desert wasn't great. We had to wait for awhile. It was a large group, and they wouldn't seat us until the "Credit Card Carrier" arrived, even though the reserved room was...empty.More

We most definitely have a gluten free menu. If you kindly call your local Roy's, they will tell you about it, or you can find it on our website!
