We just love McCormick & Schmick's. It is just a great place for any seafood or steak you may want. It is a fine dinning restaurant with a full bar and the inside is beautiful. I suggest you make reservations. We always forget and just...happen to be lucky to get in without a wait. All the seating is super comfortable and the place is spotless. All Covid measures are in place. You can also dine outside. They have a great menu. If you want just a perfect salad they have that. They have fresh fish always and it is cooked perfectly. They also have great fried fish. Their steaks are cooked to order and the way you order them. We love all their appetizers and side dishes. You just can't go wrong with whatever you order. The server will be with you straight away and get your drink order and then your food order. The service is really welcoming and it appears they are happy to work there. Every server we have ever had has been spot on with their suggestions and the service. The prices are reasonable for what you are getting, great food. When we were there a couple weeks ago, we had some great salads and then decided to have fried everything. We had fried calamari and shrimp as an appetizer and moved on to their great fish and chips. We called in on Dec 23 after a long day of traveling for a dinner reservation, which was accepted for 5:30pm. However, upon arrival, we were checked in by the manager or either a chef that was very unwelcoming to our group of 5. His...words after looking at the reservation book: "you all are killing me", "usually I see the book ahead so know whose coming and can prepare" , So my response was "Is there a problem, should the staff member NOT taken our reservation?" He continued with the "ooohs and the aaahhs, ummms" then finally says, now that we feel completely unwelcomed... that "we can be seated it's not a problem". Really??hard to tell it was not a problem!!! Had the weather not been so cold and pouring down raining and 2 kids with us, we would have left! Very unprofessional. Mind you...there were plenty of tables open and no other parties waiting to be seated!More

McCormick & Schmick's is a fine dinning eatery and all of their food is great. The place is kept clean, all Covid measures are in place and you will feel safe there. The service was excellent. Our server checked on us often, but also allowed...us to relax. the prices are high, but worth it. The interior is lovely and the booths and seats so very comfortable. They have a nice bar and a great wine list. Their appetizers are my favorite. Anything that has shrimp you should try. We had swordfish and steak. The steak was cooked rare, just the way we ordered it and the swordfish was so good. Many places over cook swordfish making it tough and tasteless. The cooks here know what they are doing. The Sea bass is also amazing. We just have not had a bad meal here and will be back. Have a great time.More

Outdoor dining with minimal staff limits things a little, but we had a very pleasant meal. It took a couple of tries to get a bottle of wine that was in stock, but the food was very good, our waitress capable and attentive, and the...weather helped. Despite being part of Landry's Select Club rewards program, this restaurant awarded zero points for the visit, even though the visit was recorded in the system. It's also a little expensive for what you get.More

We dined on a socially distanced and sanitized outdoor patio. We were in time for Happy Hour which runs M- F 3:30 to 6:30. We ordered the poké bowl, seared ahi tuna and the calamari misto. The misto included some fried artichoke hearts and jalapeños...- nice touch. The Poké bowl had cubed ahi, rice, and avocado and so tasty. The seared ahi rub was very spicy and the waiter had warned us. Still good. All were excellent quality and priced about $6-8. Drinks were in the same range. Service was friendly and efficient. We would come again.More

The price you pay at this place it just not at all impressive. Run-of-the-mill Steakhouse it serves pricey martinis and Fufu drinks. This place was really good when I first went there 37 years ago in Seattle but it's gone the corporate downhill slope since...then. Unfortunately, I'm still looking for a decent Steak House. My wife and I had dinner here one evening. There were lots of seafood choices and steaks. The prices seemed a little overreaching for the quality of the food. The quality of the food didn't justify the final bill as far as I'm concerned. I...also wasn't impressed with the server up selling every thing - each and every time - and then following up with a spiel on their rewards/loyalty programme. I just want a nice meal in piece and as little monetization as possible. On balance this nice looking restaurant is just average imho.More

I made the mistake of looking at the lunch menu outside when I rolled up and then sat down to find out the dinner menu was the only offering. Prices were higher than I would have liked for a family budget conscious vacation. Mostly seafood...here but a small offering of other items. Had a Kobe beef burger and it was excellent. Staff was very good and restaurant was very nice. Would’ve given it a 5 rating if they had more options besides seafood and prices were more family friendly.More

I was in town for a conference and walked her for dinner the first night. Good was excellent, I had the clam chowder and the crab stuffed shrimp. The shrimp may have just been my favorite ever. The service was just okay. They sat me...at a 4 top and did not remove the extra place settings and the server appeared new maybe, not very attentive. The food was excellent.More
