The feeling inside the restaurant is like being in a movie. Velvet booths and dark wood surround you. Lunch was very good. Pork belly slider appetizer was just ok. Dijon mustard over powered the salty porky goodness I was hoping for. Had a BLT with...More

My husband and I made a reservation. We arrived a little early but we were quickly accommodated even though they were extremely busy. The food was great! Our waiter gave us the history of the restaurant.

Good food, and ambiance, not great service. Our waitress seemed to be inconvenienced when we asked for bread, and the cheese for the pasta dish.

Very good food. My mom and I couldn’t decide between crab cakes or sea scallops so we split both. Enjoyed dinner very much. Service was good too. Wish we could have been seated inside instead of atrium, but it was still nice, ambiance just isn’t...More

I am sorry for the delay. The lighting is very subdued. There were no flashing lights and the bar area is dim. The dining area is well lit but not "bright white".

Old Ebbitt serves a diverse selection of food including steaks, seafood, pasta, sandwiches, and also features an Oyster Bar with oysters form both coasts.
