For locals this place is known for being place for first dates. Very romantic to have a tea and watch the busy city go by. Tea ceremony nice but pricey for riga (5.50) We also had a beetroot carrot cake that was nice. Place could...More

I popped in here one Saturday morning with a friend. It’s a great venue with an upstairs where you can sit on cushions on the floor. We decided on a table downstairs and ordered a chai latte and an americano plus 2 delicious crispy cookies....More

Went on 16 November to Apsara in Vermanes garden. A chick serving the tea was absolutely rude and disgusting. Customer service is not of European level.

I love this place regardless of the fact that their cookies are just bad. I tried each except for brownie and each was a disappointment. Plum one dry, almond one chewy, chocolate chip tasted like a healthy oatmeal cookie :/ good tea though and once...More

This cafe has a lot of potential but at €4.50 for a very average americano, I would not recommend it. Much better places elsewhere in the city.

Nice location and a real tea house potential but not well exploited. Indeed, it seems like waitresses are not happy to be here and treat poorly clients. Also, the Iced Tea is a rip off.
