Hi. Nice place. Nice staff. Ice cream just 2 options, what was annoying when clearly “ the boss” lady was cleaning dishes very loudly. Sound of dishes is annoying!!

Large choice of teas (many herbal, very few black). Excellent cakes and service with a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Good place to chill out in comfortable seating overlooking Theatre Square with its Tarawa Anike sculpture. Good value too.

This is really a nice 'water hole' in the old Town! Next to the Theatre and just where you need it after a good walk. Enjoy your visit. Good service - and some non traditional elements.

The place is cosy and nice to drink a coffee or tea. Also the cakes are good. Nevertheless this time Ill have to rate the bad service. Very unfriendly and rude waitress!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want a cosy place and nice atmosphere - THIS IS NOT IT!
A week ago a friend and I came to have some tea. The cafe was COMPLETELY empty when we came in. We took a table with a sofa. The moment we sat down the owner with a rude tone announced - 'this is a table for 4 people. You must move if more customers come in'. We said of course (although she could have been much nicer. Or only give us the heads up if the table would actually be needed!). We ordered coffee, tea and a pie.
Now let me paint you a picture - the interior in this cafe is all cosy and nice. Candles, little fairy lights, flowers, Christmasy decorations, sofas, pillows. One could even say you could definitely think this cafe gives off a very warm vibe. The friend and I were chatting. He got a bit lazy, relaxed so he got more comfortable in the sofa and laid his back quite further down on the sofa (wouldn't call it laying down or anything tho, just comfortable). To hear what he was saying, I rested my head on one of the pillows that were on the sofa (they had at least 3 on each!). Then, we finished our ordered tea, coffee and the pie. The owner came by to take away the dishes. Then she came back and announced - ' This is no place to lay around, how dare you, this is a coffee shop. Get out if you are not ordering anything!'
We were in shock. So rude, so disrespectful, so hateful. So many things wrong with the situation.
First of all, we just finished eating. We had an hour and a half to pass before going to an event close by and sat in a cafe only for an hour.
Second of all, the atmosphere is cosy. If you want people to quickly take a shot of espresso and run, put up a bar and a sign - 5mins max! Not cozy fairy lights and pillows. It gives people a wrong impression that this is a cafe where you can stay a little longer than 10mins and need to get out the second you finish eating.
Lastly, if you do end up needing space, tables or anything like that, there are so many more nicer and respectful ways of asking people. And this was so unnecessary since the coffee shop really wasn't full at all.
Ruined my mood. When we came to pay and said that it's was so disrespectful and shocking, she started screaming at me. Also said ' My house - my rules'. So that's that :)

Restaurant owner was unfriendly, always reminded that if we want to sit longer we have to buy more, even we already bought two cups and pies. Don’t recommend to go here if you want to stay with good mood.

As written in a title we found this place wandering thought Klaipeda old town with a cup of coffee and something small in mind. So this cafe was exactly what we need. Cup of coffee, sweet cake (and not to sweet samosa) and the view of the Theater square.

What a lovely place! It is so cosy to sit there, pass your time enjoying the views of Anike square and, of course, sipping a nice cup of tea (a great variety!) or coffee (what a choice! ) And cakes - absolutely delicious!

The cafe has a nice environment right at the theater square. Our caffè latte was delicious and the grubukai was great. Totally recommend!

My wife and I were recently in Klaipeda, Lithuania during a one day stop on our Baltic Cruise. Had a light rain during the day when we were walking the streets of Klaipeda and came across Anikes Kavine. We stopped in for coffee and a pastry for a mid morning snack. What a great place! Excellent little establishment that served great coffee, cappuccino and pastries! Warm and friendly staff that made you feel very welcome.
Wonderful place to stop and view out the window on the activity in Klaipeda square! Highly recommend!

My wife and I were recently visiting the beautiful city of Klaipeda during our recent cruise in the Baltic. Klaipeda is a beautiful city. We were walking the old town square and stopped in Anikes Kavine for a pastry, coffee and cappucino. Delicious!
Highly recommend this little restaurant for a nice break during the day while walking the streets of Klaipeda!
