You really don't expect to find a first class Spanish restaurant in Ballarat - but we did. The food was better and more authentic than our eating experience in Spain so we were delighted and somewhat surprised. The complimentary Spanish olives were tangy and delicious....More

The food and service here is incredible. Free bread and olives provided with your meal, great quality produce, big flavours, good drinks and extremely warm and friendly service. My one complaint would be that the tables are very close together and therefore this is a...More

We recently spent 2 nights in Ballarat and had no clue where to find good food. Happily on the first night we found Meigas - just around the corner from our accommodation. Having no experience with Spanish food we enlisted to help of the waiter,...More

We selected the "Feed Me" option and literally could not complete the courses. The food was fresh, tasty, diverse and well presented. The staff were brilliant with a special mention to Cameron who was cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. Congratulations Meiga's from two extremely happy diners!

Absolutely loved it. Huge king prawns. Sensational Paella. Some local wines would be an improvement.
