I absolutely love punch lane! The wine and cheese is always amazing - they have never let me down. I tried the wallaby for a main and was just amazed. I would definitely recommend Punch Lane as a must.

I’ve dined here with friends (personally I don’t rate the food), but the wine is outstanding, and paired with the ever changing cheeses - you have a little piece of indulgent heaven. I always feel very comfortable here alone, sipping and nibbling. Great staff, lovely...More

Locals know that Chinatown is the tried and true place
to eat before hitting the nightclub scene. The place

I don't know. I guess you just ring them. If it's anything like our experience it will be very quick because you won't get any food.

A Melbourne institution now in its 22nd year Punch Lane is situated at the Paris end of the CBD near Parliament . We are also in the theatre precinct and perfect for a pre/post show bite to eat . glass of wine or a plate of cheese . Our food style is Modern European with Australian overtones , there is an extensive range of wines by the glass as well as an array of beers and spirits . We are house in one of the original CBD police stations as we where situated in the heart of the red light district of the time . We also boast the original chairs from the Southern Cross Hotel which was the home of the Beatles during their Australian Tour . We look forward to seeing you for a relaxed lunch, a glass of wine or an intimate dinner.
