Exceptional service and food was unique and very tasty. Cosy restaurant with a relaxing ambiance. Expect to pay for a memorable evening, without mortgaging the house. We will be visiting again.

Three of us had. Delicious dinner including one Vegan. The expression martini was a great stat and the snapper and barramundi were very very good. Service was top notch and vegan was very satisfied.

My wife and I went with the 5 course ‘in your hands’ menu with matching wines. We loved it ! All the courses had fantastic flavours and we ate some dishes we would not have otherwise selected. (Thanks chef!). Plates did not need much cleaning!...More

First time to punchlane as my friend wanted to treat me for my birthday. We went for the five courses "degustation". Lovely food. Even lovelier service.

I don't know. I guess you just ring them. If it's anything like our experience it will be very quick because you won't get any food.

A Melbourne institution now in its 22nd year Punch Lane is situated at the Paris end of the CBD near Parliament . We are also in the theatre precinct and perfect for a pre/post show bite to eat . glass of wine or a plate of cheese . Our food style is Modern European with Australian overtones , there is an extensive range of wines by the glass as well as an array of beers and spirits . We are house in one of the original CBD police stations as we where situated in the heart of the red light district of the time . We also boast the original chairs from the Southern Cross Hotel which was the home of the Beatles during their Australian Tour . We look forward to seeing you for a relaxed lunch, a glass of wine or an intimate dinner.
