I'm here again! paradise in France! ❤️I came here to get inspired by being in the quiet here and enjoying the delicious food 🤤to paint a new painting 😻it's the only place you recommend for everyone who wants to paint and meditate the staff is very pleasant and you feel like you are at home with delicious food and a clean room 😻I love these place❤️

Excellent dinner. Great service, lovely dishes, well presented. The terrasse was a superb place to eat. We were in a hurry and they were able to take it into account. Will definitely come back!

We’ve tried to lunch here a couple of times previously only to find it fully booked. Yesterday confirmed why you really should book ahead - because it would be such a shame to miss out. We were warmly welcomed - friendly and attentive service throughout lunch. The outdoor terrace is such a tranquil spot. The food was excellent. Fresh produce, handled well with great flavours. Everything is home cooked. Choice for the vegetarians, vegans, fish and meat eaters. I think my favourite dish was the mackerel rillettes hotly pursed by those garlic and parsley crevettes. No dish let the side down and veggies in the party were equally happy. We will definitely be returning again and again.

Excellent food, perfect setting, lovely friendly staff.
We live 5 minutes away and everytime we visit the food is excellent,the atmosphere relaxed and staff very friendly.

My brother, his wife and I spent 4 days at this lovely farmhouse B&B and restaurant last week. Lovely country setting with huge trees and a river, superb food in a charming restaurant with a picturesque terrace. My brother is a vegetarian, his wife a celiac but both found delicious dishes, as I did. The chef is a genius. He and his wife are charming, efficent and helpful hosts. And I should also mention their daughter who happily takes care of and entertains the children of guests! I have no hesitation in giving La Ciboulette 5 Stars for a wonderful relaxed stay with superbly tasty and imaginative cuisine.

Really nice experience, food was excellent, service just right, very friendly and helpful with the area, the restaurant was full even on a Sunday evening. Thanks for the experience - we would definitely make a return visit

We were near Foix and were attracted by the photos posted. Great terrace by the river, which filled quickly so make sure to reserve. There were some smokers but the tables were apart enough, at least for us.
Good food, Thai/Asian fusion, interesting use of spices including some exotic/strong tastes like peanuts, horseradish, wasabi, and perhaps soy sauce, which were a great success for entrees, but for the main plates I found them too strong (some mix of Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce?) that killed the finesse of the fish / calamari.
Another negative was the hamburger in the child menu, which was unfortunately too small (although it said under 12 y.o.) and (very rare in France) overdone.
That said the terrace is wonderful, the services is warm, and with food that seeks some new frontiers, it remains a great option.

On this occasion we opted for the daily Formule which was €14 euro. A really lovely meal. A mixture of French and Japanese cuisine. The vegetables are excellent and though not a vegetarian I would enjoy a vegetarian meal there. Quality of the meat is very good and tender. The ambiance is very good and friendly. We will revisit regularly

We had decided to try this restaurant after reading the great reviews.
We sat on the pleasant terrace with a field of cows next door to keep us company we were greeted by a charming lady who couldn’t of looked after us better , she explained all the menu in English if we needed it .
My husband and I both had 3 courses I had a lovely entrecôte and my hubby had a wonderful risotto made from black rice .
The deserts were to die for everything is home made .
It was Bills birthday and his dessert came with a lit candle which was a wonderful touch !
I would recommend this charming French family run restaurant to anyone visiting the area .
Remember to book as it’s very popular and only open thurs , fri , sat , sun .

Apparently a new addition in this rural area around Foix. Very relaxing, and good food. We enjoyed the broccoli souffle starter especially. We shall certainly visit again when next we are in the area.

Freshly prepared good food. If you are in a hurry do not go to this restaurant as food prepared with fresh produce takes a little time. Crevettes were a little spicy and wonderful and the Dorade Royale was beautifully cooked. Coffe of excellent quallity. Good quality potato. Toilet was spotless and of good size. I will definitely go back for another enjoyable meal.

Having seen the restaurant on TA and the very good reviews we decided to book for lunch with some friends. On a wet and windy day we received a warm welcome. The menu of the day us 13.50 euro for 3 courses. Food was well presented with a choice of 2 starters, 1 main and 2 deserts. I'm sure if you wanted another dish it would not have been a problem. There are an a la carte menu also. All our small group thoroughly enjoyed their meals and the service was very good and with smiles. I would suggest that they could break with French tradition and ask people if they would like something to drink as soon as they sit down ....it makes such a difference to a lunch or dinner. The restaurant is located just outside of Foix but well worth the short drive.
