Dillons is a great place for a night out as a family or a group of friends. The food is terrific and the service we experienced on our two visits while on holiday in Mayo was outstanding. They have taken all the necessary Covid precautions...and everyone seemed genuinely delighted to be back in business.More
This was our first time eating out in a restaurant after lockdown. We hadn’t stayed in Ballina before so chose this restaurant based on reviews and weren’t disappointed.
Located in a nice courtyard with covered outdoor seating, all of our family thoroughly enjoyed the tasty...food. Our 4, 6 & 8 year old girls all had lots of options on the kids menu and devoured their meals. My wife and myself’s biggest problem was choosing what we were going to eat!
Staff and management were friendly and accommodating. We really have nothing but good things to say about this place and highly recommend it.More
Visited this restaurant on a recommendation on 29th August as part of a larger group. Six of us ate there on the 29th and the food and service were superb. Fourteen ate there on the 30th no change, food and service superb. Twenty four ate...there on the 31st August, they made sure that we were spaced as per Covid guidelines but somehow managed to make the whole experience normal.
Would have to say it was the best restaurant experience I have had in years, which is why six of the group ate there for three successive night. I would highly recommend to anybody.
booking by phone was friendly and helpful. On arrival we were greeted by Jack, wearing a visor as were all other staff, we were taken immediately to our table. A bottle of hand sanitiser was on every table and we observed tables and chairs being...sanitised when customers had completed their stay. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in making our dining experience a very enjoyable one. The food was excellent and covid protocol was adhered to and more. Looking forward to our next visit to Dillions, only wish we lived closer and they would be seeing us on a regular basis....Thank you for making our stay cation so memorable.More
