We have been coming here for 15 years and have never been disappointed! I tried the fight pasta five years ago and have never found anything like it! Lovely sauce and the flavour is unique! Try it, you will not be disappointed!

Still my favourite restaurant (amongst many close runners in Le Marche). The setting, with its vaulted ceilings and centrepiece pizza oven, the staff and of course, the food.

At the invitation of friends, this was our first visit to Hotel Ristorante Farfese. It will not be our last. Our friends had eaten here before but always al fuori. I must say that even on a summer's day I would prefer to eat inside...the restaurant since the rooms benefit from beautiful cross-vaulted ceilings. We started lunch with the antipasto completo and this delicious selection of local delicacies only just about left room for our excellent pasta dishes. We were quite jealous of the secondi that we saw being delivered to other tables. (Next time perhaps!) In somma, qui si mangia bene.More

We had a lovely family dinner in Farfense. We made a reservation since we were a big group and once arrived, we were seated on a long table in the middle of the restaurant. The restaurant is a beautiful wine cellar and dining inside has...a lot of charm. Surrounded by stone walls, the restaurant is subtly compartmentalised into sections by the vaulted ceilings, creating privacy for your table by the arches running down into stone columns. I ordered the filetto di manzo with balsamic vinegar reduction. It was made to perfection. The meat melted in my mouth, it was so tender and delicious. The prices were incredibly reasonable. I believe we paid approx. 25-30 euros per person and had a 3 course dinner including wine. I definitely recommend Farfense to anyone who enjoys good Italian food and wine.More

The vaulted brick ceilings, huge pizza oven, and charming decor made this restaurant feel so comfy and warm. The food was great. The standout was the cheesecake/tart with fruta di bosca (berries). So good.

Recommended by an american amandolese, we came there for a lunch and were taken by surprise. Excellent location, stylish place, friendly people and fantastic food. Highly recommended! Kjell and Birgitta from Stockholm

Inside, the stone and brick interior takes you straight back to the 15th century; outside, there's a view of the breathtaking countryside. Even better, the food is a top-notch representation of the area-- simple, delicious cooking with fresh, local ingredients. We love the mixed grill,...the fried olives (a local specialty) and one of the best mixed salads in the region. The pizzas are also quite good-- a very thin crust that's markedly different than the usual Neapolitan variety. The wine list features plenty of the best local names, and the host is humorous and friendly. We love to start our visits to Le Marche with dinner at Farfense.More

Funnily enough I think we were here the same day as the last reviewer (Sofia R) and we agree wholeheartedly with her review as the owner was very friendly and welcoming, as to were the other staff, the service was in good time and, most...importantly, the food was good, of a reasonable size and reasonable value. And it was certainly good enough that we went back for a second visit 3 days later! They were also very happy to welcome us as a family and the youngest was made especially welcome. If we ever come back to this lovely area I would very happily go back for another meal.More

We arrived early (by local standards) at around 7pm, so were one of the first guests. The host was excellent, and the food divine. We have tested and can recommend the homemade ravioli, veal with mushrooms and pizza. You can taste the local ingredients and...loving effort that went into them. And a glass of wine won't set you back by much, so get one of those too. Will definitely be back!More

Delicious food and wine served here. Try the ravioli stuffed with fig and baby pig chops I've never tasted anything so heavenly. Washed down with the house red this was an amazing meal. Friendly and english speaking waitress in vaulted rooms, you will not be...disappointed.More
