The food was unbelievable!!! We had risotto with marrowbone and porcini mushrooms ravioli. Best dishes i had in a long time!!! I highly recommend it. The restaurant looks a bit old (70’s style) but its busy from tourists coming from all over switzerland and beyond....Congrats to the chef!!More

Staying here for a night on our way to Italy. We booked a family room and to our surprise they gave us 2 rooms next to each other for the same price. . Very comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 older children. Great...restaurant, great service and this family owned hotel is a true gem!More

We were lucky to be passing through Lavorgo during the "3 valleys Gastromic Festival". Defanti's creative chef came up with a menu that told the story of the creation of the Gottard railway tunnel, with many surprising elements, but always delicious. Don't expect a quick...snack - expect to take your time. I imagine that this small restaurant always presents interesting combinations linked to local produce, and we intend to return. The warm welcome given by the owner and his wife shows that they have many return customers.More
