Nice atmosphere. Good food. We had nice lunch finished with Bombardino - decent size for the money. If one wants tables can be booked in advance

Fantastic place to stop while out skiing. Delicious reasonably priced food. Funcy interior and sun deck with fabulous view.
A little tricky to get to by blue runs but 10 euro menu is good with great pasta sauces or anti pasta.
Stopped here for lunch on the piste. It's at the junction of a red and a blue run so easy to get to for all abilities. We got there at the busiest time but the staff coped well and queue soon went down. The food...More
Very nice staff. coffee very good lunch yum yum just get there before or after the crowds. Opposite an easy black or lazy blue. Good for stopping at to allow the herd to take the last chair lift upto town.
Always plenty of seating inside and out regardless of the weather. The terrace has a sunny aspect with a good view over Sestriere and there's a roaring fire inside. Very helpful staff who speak perfect English and looked polite at my attempts at Italian. Good...More
I visited this place as a child over 40 years ago; it's bigger but little different. Still a welcoming sight half-way downtime mountain with a big terrace and plenty to refresh you.
Visited Sestriere and found this place. Very, very friendly, good wholesome food, I had Polenta and Sausages. My son had pizza and chips. With drinks each only 23:50€. Pizza was not the best example of good Italian pizza, but was filling. Could do with some...More
The place was packed but only because the service was abysmal. The way the place is organised menas that no matter how hard the staff try they cannot improve the through-put. Food was acceptable but not worth the wait!
It has been 30 years that skiing with a lunch-stop in Chisonetto became a ritual for me. For a snack, for Polenta and Venison, or just for a Bombardino between sky slopes. The location is perfect, the sun terrace is amazing, the place is extremely...More
We had lunch here several times. The food is very good especially the polenta. You can sit in the sun outside and eat if the weather is good. The price for a meal with drinks is around 10€.
Called in for lunch after a long mornings skiing on a cold day. We wanted something warm and filing to refuel for the afternoon, chose the polenta with sausage and tomato sauce and it really hit the spot! Just Perfect. The place was warm and...More
Lovely views from the terrace. A welcome break half way down run number 8.Enjoyed a bombarding in the afternoon sunshine.
We had drinks here twice during our trip. The place is tucked back in a wooded valley but the deck has a nice view of town and the mountains. There are plenty of trophies up on the wall which were interesting to see.
