We came in quite early (according to Italian standards) means the place was almost empty. We ordered pizza , salad, and chicken plates with veggies.
Everything was very good, and service has been one of the quickest I ever got (plates roughly 5 minutes after order....quicker than McDo !!!)
Waiter very sympathic. We were not charged for "coperto" which is something unusual in Italy.
Would definitively return to this place....but I guess during high-season, should not be same.

Google search for some reason brought up this place as a restaurant serving GF pizza. Factually it doesn't but anyways we still decided to stay.
The place is cosy and nicely done. Place was very busy and waited for about ten minutes to be given a table.
Pizza was not bad, but not the best. Fresh ingredients will make a difference as opposed to canned mushrooms. We didn't try other food that looked quite appetising, therefore cannot judge on this basis.
For our part of experience, I would say average.

We came here based on the good TA reviews. We had soup, which was good, but the pizza was a disappointment. We ordered mushroom and ham pizza, and I’m sure that the mushrooms were not fresh, but came from a can. I didn’t think to ask the waiter before ordering because I assumed they would use fresh mushrooms. When I asked him after our meal, he basically shrugged and said that only the pizza guy would know that. By then the kitchen was closed, and I didn’t pursue the matter.

Do not go to this place if you have allergies. Waiters don't understand allergies (we had 3 waiters). I showed the waiter a list of my allergies and what my food should not contain or include and I only asked only steak and potatoes because that would be easiest option for everyone (for restaurant and me). I emphasiz that just steak and fries not anything else because allergies. Still there was lemon in the food, even though I'm really allergic to it and I had told about it when we ordered. I do have medicine named epipen and told that it used for serious allergies. They didn't even do a new dose even I told that. They just took the lemon away. The lemon juice remained in my hole food so the allergenic factor remained in the hole food. There was also a butterfly or a beetle in my husband's food. We still had to pay, even though the restaurant made a big mistake not just my dose also my husband dose too. In my country, the meal is free if the restaurant does everything badly wrong. In my case of course I wasn’t able to eat my dose. They didn’t even apologize. If you want safe food (because allergies) go to eat to Mauriz Keller restaurant or Turonda. Their staff are understand very well allergies. And they have very nice staff too. Don’t eat in Cascade.

One of the top 3 Pizzas and Tiramisus I have had in my life ! Food was fresh, made with love and so so so yummy ! My husband and I are vegetarians and the veggie pizza, the tomato soup, the mixed avo salad were just the perfect meal after long hikes. We ate here multiple times and even drove from Tre cime again just to eat here. Highly recommend !

The food was very good! The beet root risotto was extremely flavorful and a perfect texture. Unfortunately, the non alcoholic drink option page of their menu that was posted online was not in the physical menu at the restaurant. Also, the waitresses didn’t come back to check during the meal so we were out of water and thirsty during the meal though were unable to get more.

The place looks very good, new furniture and excellent reception, the tables are small and uncomfortable. Very nice and tastefully decorated restaurant. Unfortunately very small and narrow tables. Like a seat and a half x 2 people. Very little space between tables. Even the waiters struggle to pass between a table and another and it is very annoying to have to move continuously x make them pass. you immediately understand that the goal is to accommodate as many people as possible and make them eat in the shortest time possible, xthat there is already the next one waiting on the door..... to be absolutely not recommended to families with small children

Great restaurant across the river in Ortisei, practically you are in the center but at the same time you are in a cool area seen the river and less busy. The service is precise and punctual, the menu is varied with typical dishes but also with pizza. The prices are from Ortisei... however in my opinion the food is definitely good.

Very nice place and friendly staff, the problem is the food.
The pizza, very thin, was the only thing edible.
The typical Tyrolean dish featured a shank that was still cold/frozen inside, the external part dry and hard, inedible; the ribs slathered in fastfood bbq sauce were just bones. Potatoes drowned in oil, speck (indicated as an ingredient on the menu) not received. All pre-cooked, with tiny portions at exaggerated prices. Including the dessert, which is evidently gold plated.
My table neighbor ordered a risotto, which arrived in exactly 3 minutes... in short, more attention to the multiple shifts of tables, than to what is offered to customers.
I do not recommend.

If the restaurant were a book, it would have a nice cover, but lousy content.
Because in fact, even if the location is beautiful (well furnished, welcoming, modern and clean) and the staff are also kind, I couldn't say the same for the food I ate. In fact I took the roe deer goulash with polenta and mushrooms, the goulash was very little, hard and not very tasty, the polenta was very salty and tasted like plastic (cost: €22).
Even my relatives ordered terrible and expensive dishes. Only the desserts are saved, good tiramisu and also the chocolate fondue.

We went to Cascade because we were nearby and after 10 minutes all the kitchens in Ortisei closed.
We took pizza and beer. Average pizza, good beer.
One of the waitresses was an extremely unpleasant person, the second, very young, was her opposite.
After looking at what the people around us were eating, we decided that our visit here would be our first and last. Not because it’s very bad, just ordinary tourist food.

I was looking for a casual, light dinner nearby for the first night in Ortisei, and this place was perfect. Very accommodating and welcoming hospitality. Fresh greens in the Mista Salad, and very tasty, homemade Barley Soup with pieces of smoked ham, (white wine and fresh bread)! The dessert was amazing: Apple fritters . warm vanilla sauce . cinnamon sugar! Thank you - Great job!

If you want to eat fast, and mediocre quality is good enough for you, this is the place to be. The restaurant is not in line with what you expect to get in Italy. When on an airport going to an Italian restaurant this is what you expect and would be very pleased with. The price was also in line with what you expect to pay on airport.

Once again we visited our favourite ski resort in the Dolomites. Our dinner we usually enjoy at Cascada. This season they have a new menu out of which it’s difficult not to find something you like. Cascada has a nice wine list with Italian and other great choices. Special thanks to Claudio who again warmly received us and treated us as a special guest. If you are looking for a nice dinner in a nice atmosphere… Cascada is the place to be.
