55$ per adult is expensive for Lebanese and travelers who wants to do some activities like zipline and... even foreigners found it expensive . Arnoun village used to be better before , now they charge you for full day and breakfast + lunch even if...you dont want to eat and spend the whole day at the village.More

The worst Service Ever !!! From the moment we arrived and parked outside in the street a guy runs out and wants to charge parking, the car park inside is only valet but you park your car and pay for it. Never mind that, we...went to order the family meal and asked not to have wings as none of us eat wings, the manager came out flexing his muscles saying impossible impossible no way, you have to have wings in your meal !!! We even offered to keep the wings and we will pay for the replacement pieces. Noooo wasn’t going to hear about it, “it’s impossible “ No way and got really stropy almost aggressive. We left and ate elsewhere. To say the least, the staff are unpleasant, disorganized, horrible management and people skillsMore

Worst service ever! we went for 2 days/1 night stay in Byoot Arnaoon. Check in was at noon, we arrived at 1 pm and the pool was empty. It took them 6 hours to fill the pool with water, we had kids that couldn’t swim...because of that! Also, we couldn’t use the shower and wash our hands because the water cut off in the house + the room was not clean (bed sheets and toilet). We shared our concerns with the reception but they didn’t even appology! Not recommended at all.More

An amazing and fantastic place where to spend a whole day, specially for families, precisely with kids. Breakfast, coffee, activities, delicious food, entertainment... a full day to enjoy. There's always a decoration with activities adapted to the event, like Christmas, Easter...

The place is just nice for kids (having a zip line over a valley and a few other activities), however it is not recommended for couples or for people who want to enjoy nature in tranquility. On the other hand the food is neither delicious...nor generous considering the high entrance price charged.More

Employees and family gathered here for relaxing Saturday. The place is a hidden gem north of Beirut and has plenty of activities for families specially kids. They bikes, trains, zip lines and music activities. Enjoyed a relaxing day with colleagues. Excellent food and plenty of...drinks. :)More
