There is one product in particular which made Al Batrum famous. It is lemonade. The best one is served in Hilmi's - I have never drunk so good lemonade before! If it still does not convince you - they do not serve the regular lemonade...only. There are lemonade drinks with tequila or vodka, really wide offer where everyone can find something for their own taste. In the house there is also a small museum exhibition, with entrance free of charge.More

In a side street in Batroun, Lebanon is a small establishment dedicated to Lemonade! The building is painted in a bright yellow lemon colour and inside there is a small museum like display pertaining to Hilmi and original lemonade making equipment. Hilmi’s House of Lemonade is a must visit. The name has grown and so has the location. Even if it feels more commercial it still has the best lemonade in the Batroun area. The original Hilmi lemonade is 3000 L.L. equivalent to 2$ US. They...have a lot more types and varieties to choose from including alcoholic ones.More

It was a hot humid summer day... And we ended up by accident at their location. Homemade delicious frozen lemonade. I had the mint lemonade, yum :)
