It was a great to experience luxury in Lebanon. My husband and I visited both Jiyeh and Batroun. Jiyeh was greatttt but having access to the beach in Batroun was amazing. I felt important and at peace at Orchid. Prices for food and drinks were...ok. One should plan for high prices in today's economy. I plan to visit again this summer. With no doubt it's the best place to spend a day in The view is a scenery The staff are so friendly and smiley But the F&B is way too expensive to a country like lebanon We all know that the situation is going worse...and the days we’re passing through are so tough on everyone But it’s unreasonable for the prices to be more expensive than the one in Greece for example!! As a cosmopolitan country with high standards for tourists !! By coincidence, I’ve been there 2 days ago and today I was at Orchid beach Batroun and was shocked by the illogical raise of the prices. And please don’t convince me with the 20% discount if we pay the bill cash because the prices are basically very high priced !!! Go check GUIDE.LB and watch what foreign people are talking about the restaurants & hotels sector!! It’s a shame for lebanon and for our tourism. We are losing a lot because of your greediness guys!! Perfect place to disconnect , zen ambiance and personalized welcome . Orchid is cosy and has with a luxourious "touch". It is perfect to relax with friends and to celebrate brithdays or small events. The jaccuzis are a must try when u're with a group....Prices have been revised and became more reasonable. I highly recommend itMore

We went there to spend a day by the beach... The entrance fees are very expensive 30 USD!!! the amenities are OK but the pool is not big and not meant for swimming it is more for couples, fun and drinks... Alcoholic beverages are very...expensive I had a local beer for 7 USD, the food is so expensive too I had a burger that comes on a toast with very few French fries on the side and a very small coleslaw for almost 30 usd!!! I absolutely love this resort, we are always taken care of there. The staff is amazing, the food is good, and the place is always so clean. Make sure to try their sangria pitchers (my favorite is the Rosé), and their Coco Blue cocktail.More

Although i have been enjoying going to Orchid Batroun for the past years, i really felt the need to share my amazing stunning experience during a day spent at Orchid a month ago. From the very first moment upon arrival to the last moment at...the end of the day, i could not stop establishing the funny yet great parallelism with a great business class flight ( and i can humbly consider myself as a globe-trotter). Upon arriving at the reception ( or gate of the plane 😊) , one is welcomed so graciously and nicely by Rima ( the chief cabin) and her lovely team zeinab and Farah. A great way to board that Orchid flight!! Soon after, i was shown to my seat by young Khodr whose smile never leaves his face... great way to start the day ( and flight). Right after takeoff, the 2 gentlemen responsible of my section start their amazing service for the entire day and flight: Daniel and Raphael are stunning with their dynamism, care to details, courtesy, friendliness ( with no familiarity) and amazing positive attitude!! Sincerely, along with Rima, they make the whole difference! Shortly before lunch, a rewarding Aperol is served with nuts and carrots; it is soon followed by a great lunch with fresh and nice ingredients facing the big blue! During the day, Managers Armand and Simon came as well inquiring if all was going well and nice (even squatting at my level while chatting! Habahaha. I had the impression i was flying with Singapore airlines!! Amazing). Another drink was served before “landing” along with a cool refreshing spray to the face!! That was for sure a first-class day!! My real warm thanks for a great amazing /flight!! Lovely team/ crew!!More
