The guys here are professional and polite (a common theme in Iceland). The pizza is paper thin and the ingredients are hugely honest in comparison to the commercial giants found dotted around Reykjavik. Iceland is an expensive place, there is no getting away from it. Having only visited the country for a week, I can't claim to be an authority on values and prices. However, on an international scale I can confidently say that £21 is a fairly steep price even for a large pizza. Bear in mind you can get a fabulous pizza at a 'Franco Manca' restaurant in the UK for around £7 as of Jan 2020. (1/3 the price.) On a positive note, there is a fantastic little area with oils, sauces, seasonings and condiments for you to use when your pizza is ready so that you can achieve your desired taste. Good quality fast food at a price...

It's basically a takeaway pizza place but you can sit in and eat if there is space. The pizza itself was fine, no problem. The issue we had was with the price, I know this is Iceland but we were charged over £50 for 2 x18 inch pizzas. You can see the menu for all the pizzas and it seems to suggest they are all the same price but then you have to add on for how many toppings are on the pizza separately. We only worked this out afterwards. We only eat here as it seems to be one of the few places open after 11pm. There are much better and cheaper options if you are eating earlier.

Honestly the best pizza ever! Reykjavík is very expensive to eat out. After a long day trip to the blue lagoon we decided to have some food here before going back to the hotel. Honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had and roughly £21 for a large pizza plenty for 2 and 2 drinks. We’ve stayed in Iceland for 6 days and have now eaten here 3 times. You won’t regret it!

Worst customer service by far experienced in Iceland. On top of the rude behavior they let us pay for an offer they have, a pizza with a 0,5L soda or 2L depending on the size of the pizza, but refusing to give us the soda claiming that we didn’t pay for it. I do understand the the rude guy might not have known what we paid since the guy that took our order and received payment had left. And the point of this reclamation isn’t really about not getting the soda. (he btw refused to check the receipts) It’s about the rude treatment when asking for an explanation on what we paid and what we received. When saying that this is not very good costumer service that guy just points out that is just the way it is in Iceland. To bad. I live around the corner and used to go there a lot. I’d like to receive an apology and my money back from the soda we paid for but didn’t receive.

The 'pizzas'are greasy in a bad way, not much on them. Once i ordered through phone a big pizza, when i picked it up he had made a small one. The owner claimed rudely that i ordered a small one, refused to make another one big or free another small one. Will never go there again! Very overrated and mainly bought by people late after a night out partying, nothing else open

We arrived at our hotel a lot later than expected and most of the local restaurants seemed to be about to close. Due to this we decided to try the local pizza joint, about 5 minutes walk from Foss Hotel (where we are currently staying). The service was okay, the pizza took just 10 minutes to arrive and it was really tasty. I'm not sure if it was £28 tasty for two pizzas and a bottle of Sprite, but judging by Iceland's prices, it's probably about right. I would definitely have pizza again there but not on this trip. You do have the option to eat in if you prefer and the pizza is served on a steel tray, although I almost burned my hands off carrying two piping hot trays to my table! I also made a mess eating my pizza and didn't realise that knives and forks were provided until I saw someone else using some! Overall, it was good quality fast food but I am looking forward to trying some local food during the remainder of my trip.

Pizzas are baked quite quickly and you can either take away or eat in. The sizes may vary. It was an ok meal, but it lacked a bit of taste (Salt? Condiments?) to make it a 5 star pizza joint.

We came to Reykjavik on a Sunday at 9:30 pm which is closing time for most restaurants. Fortunately maps led us to devitos. The pizza tasted great, ingredients were fresh and serving was quick! The place feels more like something locals go to, but that was totally fine for us.

We ate take out from here twice. We got the 12 inch Margarita pizza (their cheese) and the staff was polite and efficient. Lots of customers and lots of called in to go customers both times but our wait was as expected. They have lots of spices you can’t add and garlic oil and bbq sauce at self serve counter. We enjoyed it.

We visited here based on another review. Hungry and tired after returning from an all day excursion, pizza is what you need and this place didn't dissapoint. Fresh and tasty. £16 for a 12" veggie pizza and a pepsi max. Very casual vibe inside with only high stools and window tables. Only thing to note is there is no public restroom, which is understandable as it is more of a take away place than a sit in restaurant but something worth noting if you've been on a bus for 2 hours and then head straight out for dinner. Would definitely recommend though as the pizza was delicious and mayo in a squirty bottle - win win!

We arrived late in Reykjavík and fancied something quick. This was right next to our hotel and we saw the positive reviews so was an easy choice. We ordered a 16” pizza and drink for just under 4,000isk. The pizza took 10mins to make and was delicious!! People will be more than aware how expensive eating out in Reykjavík is so we visited this place twice on our trip for the excellent value and taste!

Devito's Pizza? More like Devito's Disappointment You've officially been replaced by a new pizza joint in the next block. This establishment actually cares about getting orders right and treating customers respectfully. As a long-time customer and neighbor, I'm sad to say that my recent experiences have been nothing short of a pizza nightmare. Imagine eagerly placing an order online for your favorite pizza, only to receive a sad excuse for a pizza missing half the advertised ingredients! And don't even bother reaching out for help—their customer service is like a black hole, where your complaints vanish into thin air, never to be acknowledged. This has happened more than a few times. But wait, there's more! When I finally managed to speak to an employee about my missing toppings, I was met with eye rolls and dismissive remarks. Apparently, it's my fault their online ordering system can't get it together. The same goes for drinks - even if you pay, you never know if you will get your drink! Seeing the reviews, I understand I haven't been the only one. Well, Devito's, congrats on losing a loyal customer. PS. If your employees are so tired and rude, maybe they need a vacation. Or you just need new employees.

This place was always full when i walked past it many times, on my recent trip to Iceland. On the last day, i decided to go in. Pizza is my favourite food ever, and eat plenty of it weekly, so I feel I am in a fair place to judge. This was nothing special at all. Oily and greasy. Sauce was nothing special. Cheese was bland. Crust was burnt, as in some pictures on here. Cannot say I have ever had a burnt to black crust before, and its been passed as legit. Staff were friendly enough, and this was not BAD, just very average. Works out at £12 or so for a 12" cheese and tomato.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and raced back to our hotel around the corner with them. £43 including 2 soft drinks which is cheap for Reykjavík. Deliciously hot and tasty. My son is a pizza snob and even he gave a thumbs up 👍🏽 Went about 8pm and had to wait about 30mins as many customers before us. Worth the wait. Highly recommend. Small bench/stool seating if u wish to eat in. Can also order pizza by the slice American style.
