For a fancy meal, this is one of the better places in Reykjavik. Our fish as usual was perfect and the service world class. Really good and attentive staff. This is not the cheapest restaurant in Reykjavik but you get what you pay for.

The Lobster here was just incredible as was the steak. Service by the M'atre D was fabulous, she was very attentive and recommended excellent wine to go with the spectacular meal. Outstanding!

We enjoyed our lunch buffet here immensely. The venue is nondescript in a strip mall across from the Maritime museum. The food was delicious tho! We started with a wonderful seafood soup. The flavor was amazing. The buffet had several seafood options and fresh salad...More

Good place for a corporate credit card in central tourist Reykjavik. Food is quite good, prices are average for Reykjavik but that means expensive compared with the rest of the world. Service is efficient like an international hotel. It's nice to have efficient team based...More

It's my favourite restaurant in Reykjavik. The place, which often serves as the catch of the day, is just perfect. Very nice friendly staff and cosy place.

Dined one night as solo person. They were not pleased to serve a solo travel. Felt they wanted me out ASAP. Glass of wine, soup and main course 95$. Main course dull and over run with salt. Think twice before dining here.

In 2010 a young chef from Húsavík, was awarded Chef of the year 2010 in Iceland. The young chef, Gústav spent months traveling around Iceland looking for the real taste of Iceland, along the way he found a few things that are key items of the interior of the restaurant.Take a look at our menu, it will be our pleasure to fire up the old grill when you honor us with a visit.
