I've been here twice and love their Aleppo coffee as well as their regular lattes and coffees. The pastries and bread they make is delicious. I still have to try their actual food, since they have so many delicious things to choose from and they always serve it with a smile!

I love this place. The pastry is delicious and the croissant is the best in Iceland. I tried the Aleppo coffee with cardamom once and it was very good.
I look forward to trying their food and bread. The interior is beautiful and welcoming. The cakes and pastry are very well displayed and everything looks very clean.
The staff both speak English and Icelandic and are so welcoming and nice. I love this place!

Went for a morning coffee, and Aleppo is perfect for that. Good coffee, delicious hot chocolate, presented perfectly. There’s free water as well which is always nice. Cosy, well designed atmosphere accompanied by calm ambient jazz; fits perfectly with the mood. Friendly staff and quick service, which is always nice. The café offers free wifi as well, no password required. Disabled access and wide open entrance so all people can enjoy a coffee and a pastry.

Went here for coffee and cakes whilst walking around Reykjavík during our stay. Excellent coffee and cakes thoroughly enjoyed and gave us extra energy to continue our walk around the city.

I've been longing to come to this café for a very long time because it seems to be a nice addition to the coffeehouse culture in Reykjavik. Finally, I used one of the free Christmas days to make it happen. What a pleasant visit! I tried their special - Aleppo coffee which is strong black coffee spiced with cardamom - and a delicious puff pastry with pistachios and apricot. The staff is extremely friendly, speaks good Icelandic and makes you feel very welcome. Definitely worth a visit!

We visited this Cafe recently. What a gem. The atmosphere was wonderful. Warm interior and exhibits on the walls from their local surroundings. It was nice to be able to taste their Baklava. Very delicious. Everything we tasted was amazing and the visit was very much enjoyed by us. We are certainly going back there soon. What LUCK to have this place in Reykjavik! They played their local music for us. We really liked that. Added to the cozy feeling. My phone was able to recognize this amazing song: Angham by Atgah Wahed. Just wonderful! Thanks for being here for us!

Aleppo is a refreshing new institution on the coffee house scene in Reykjavik.
The selection of pastries is wide and will satisfy the more casual and the more expecting of customers.
From a very Danish puff pastry with a Mediterranean twist to traditional bites, Aleppo offers a wide selection of sweats to satisfy your cravings.
The coffee itself has a modern yet warm look and the staff is friendly.
Prices are on par with the city's crazy tariffs on food and beverages but it is worth it.
Will come again.

We stopped here for coffee and a pastry for breakfast to set us up for a day of sight seeing. Both coffee and pastries were delicious and reasonable value although Iceland is extremely expensive. Service was ok. Very nice surroundings.
