Noticed this when going for a walk one day so decided to pop back late one evening, was not disappointed. Staff very good, offering you to taste different flavours If you weren’t sure. Belgian waffle with two scoops of ice cream, cream and sauce about £10 which for Iceland and the size of the portion is good value. We went twice ;-). Son had strawberry and after eight ice cream on a waffle, I had tiramisu and black cherry ice cream on a waffle and husband had tiramisu and after eight ice cream on a waffle cone.

Arguably the best ice cream joint in Reykjavik. I felt like I was inside an ice cream even before I walked in the doors, the bright decos and lights brightens the atmosphere even during blizzards. The staff were always friendly and offered free samples. The ice cream was also delicious and so many flavours to choose from! I enjoyed the raspberry sorbet full of real fruit and bursting with flavour. The pineapple one was sweeter than I expected and had actually chunking bits in it. The chocolate and oreo flavour were also good.

There is clearly never a bad time to have ice cream in Reykjavik as this place was buy in 7 degree Celsius weather - but for good reason. Masses of different flavours on offer (chocolate liquorice was a definite favourite of ours) and portion sizes massive. 2 scoops of ice cream was £5 which admittedly seems steep but is actually on par with Iceland prices. - & could easily be shared by 2 people.

what can i say. this is as good as the other location. pleasant service and delicious. this is the best gelato we found in iceland. its a chain, cause we has the same in Hvolsvollur. $10, about 1460 krona, and you get 2 - one scoop gelato on a nice waffle cone. This was a sweet and silky ice cream experience for the 2 of us.

Having previously tried the Valdis branch down in the harbour, happening along the branch just off of Laugavegur on a warm August afternoon we decided to pop in and see what flavours they had going on! There are SO MANY FLAVOURS!!! Having scoured through all the different options, the lovely colleague behind the counter allowed us to try a few different ones to narrow down our selection. I opted for the salted liquorice as it was a commonly chosen flavour by locals…when in Rome right? Thankfully I am a fan of liquorice and to my surprise, salted liquorice ice cream is absolutely awesome! A really bizarre experience for the first few tastes whilst your mind makes up what it is and what you’re tasting but beyond that, very moorish and utterly delicious! My partner opted for the caramel nut option (played it a little more safe) and that too was fantastic! We tried the Rye Bread flavour, rather strange and very subtle but not enough of a flavour for us to warrant having a whole ice cream of it!

So many flavors of frozen treats. Everyone was happy. I would suggest trying something outside your comfort zone. I tried Rugbraud- not knowing how bread flavor in ice cream would taste. I would literally fly back just for it.

This little store is so inviting with its charming decor and non-fussy menu. Staff was very helpful and friendly and offered a cookie to top every order. A great dessert. In between the shopping street and the church on the hill.

Good assortment of standard and creative flavors. Strawberry was great. Went back second night. Choc/caramel also great. All were very flavorful.

The people of Reykjavik eat ice cream year round and this is a popular choice. This store is a few stores down from Reykjavik Fish. Nice fresh ice cream.

We stopped for ice cream twice. There were many flavors to choose from. My partner and I each had a single scoop in a dish. The servings were very generous and the price reasonable. The young staff were all very friendly.

we went to 2 different outlets in Reykjavik and they both had awesome Vegan options and the staff were super sweet (pun intended :P). The flavors we tried were "Turkish Pepper" (tasked like licorice) which we surprisingly really liked, 'Tropical Fruit' which again loved and finally our favorite was the dark chocolate! yummm!!
