Very friendly host and tasty food :) the food is normally cooked mild to fit the taste of most locals, but if you love spicy food, the chef can offer you really authentic chili paste, which is amazing. The location is perfect, can be reached all tram or bus lanes. There is also parking possibilities nearby.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was very delicious specially the chicken and the sauce. The place is so cozy and warm witch’s makes you feel comfortable and the background music was so chill and I would definitely come back here again 👌

We could not find a place at Dawat restaurant for the weekend so tried this restaurant. Ordered lamb tikka sizzler that was not tender at all and hard to chew. Korai chicken was Ok with a pre made typical curry sauce but Naan was tasty. Some of the staff was cooperating and welcoming but after the dinner was served, I personally had to go twice to ask for bill and water as suddenly the staff had ignored sitting customers and were busy at the counter or something. Also, the restaurant is not baby friendly. Would definitely not revisit.

Friendly and helpful staff combined with delicious and authentic Indian food and affordable prices makes this place well worth a visit.
I truly enjoyed my lamb based dish. It was rich in taste and the serving was generous. And it was just as spicy as I expected.
All in all I'd be very happy to return to this restaurant in the future for more of the same.

The dishes are bursting with flavor, and the ambiance is cozy and inviting. The service is friendly and attentive, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of food you receive. A must-visit for anyone craving delicious Indian food.

Amazing food quantity & fresh tasty cooking.
Chana dal masala was fantastic in taste % flavour!!
Amazing Masala paneer tikka, Hariyali chicken sizzler was properly cooked fresh tender & original indian taste.
Amazing mango lassi just refreshed me amazingly .
Over all their service & behaviour was excellent !!!
Naan was fantastic and soft.
Overall fresh tasty food.
They have all aorts of fresh food , it can be blindly trusted.

Visited with friends and had an amazing authentic Indian meal. The host was exceptionally friendly and made sure excellent food was served in. Will definitely visit again and highly recommended. Whenever you are in Gothenburg give this place a try.

Well-visited restaurant and good rotation of the food. We ordered different dishes and everything was served quickly and was well prepared and well balanced in terms of taste. Could have been more hot in the food, even though it should have been from the start. Definitely worth a visit.

This is my second experience with Indian masala. Truly i can say the "Nan breads" are so spacial here i don't know why but Nan breads are so tasty when it's coming wth the sweet smell of butter.... And i personally like chicken vindaloo tooo.... It's so tasty...

It was my first time in the restaurant and was really amazed by the authentic taste of indian food. I have many experience in indian taste but this is by far the best indian food in gothenburg that I have tasted.
I recommend people to come and try some famous sizzler or Biryani cuisine in this restaurant.
I will surely be visiting this restaurant again soon. you wont be disappointed by the food or service.

The place is great, it's cozy, light, warm and comfortable. The service was also quick and excellent!
The food looks and tastes great! Spot on in my opinion. The price is really justified by the quality of the food and presentation. I can recommend this place to all Indian food lovers!!

The lunch menu has always been delightful.
The taste is very nice and the meals are served hot, which makes it even more delicious. The quantity is more than sufficient. All the recipes are interesting to try out. Excellent hospitality and good cleanliness makes it comfortable to eat at the restaurant⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tasty Indian food in Gothenburg.
Visited this quaint restaurant last night for supper. If a good Indian meal, and some spice in your food, is what you are looking for, then this is the place. We had Chicken Rogan Josh and Koriander chicken with spinach and potatoe - Sag aloo. Really delicious. You can indicate how spicy you would like your food. Rice is included. We also ordered a Peshwari Nan which was fresh and delicious. Wine is reasonably priced and fine.

This experience was a little disappointing. Due to the reviews, this place should be the 6th best restaurant in Gothenburg. Nothing was that great! The food was ok - but nothing special. Me and my wife had the Korma with chicken - very tasteless dish. The nan-bread was good. The waitress was good! It was clean and calm inside. I can see that many of the reviewers only have made one review, and have only reviewed this restaurant... Seems a little strange if you ask me... I do not think that this restaurant deserves to be top ten i Gothenburg!
