We visited Rediviva on a Monday evening and the place was pretty crowded, it’s very cost, the waiter was very helpful and friendly. We ordered a salad, some small dishes and a main course. Everything was delicious, the portions were pretty big and we had...a good time. It’s a very nice place in the heart of Kastra area in Thessaloniki which takes your back to a different Greek era.More
Food is really excellent here! Lots of amazing vegetarian options and lots of locally grown products. The atmosphere and the service is very friendly..we visit this taverna everytime we’re in thessaloniki, and it gets even better everytime. Today we also tried the kamara bio retsina,...that i havn’t seen before, which highly recomend!More
We found this place while exploring the old/high town on our first evening and enjoyed it so much we returned for lunch a couple of days later. Food is very good value but excellent proper Greek quality. Clientele seems to be mostly local which is...always a good sign. You can eat at the main restaurant or at a raised terrace across the street. The street has a couple of other restaurants, giving a good ambience. Service good and impeccably polite.More
Hidden inside the hilly streets coming down from the castle, this restaurant it's a little gem where you'll be able to taste something different, in my opinion, than the things you'd find downtown. It's still greek cuisine of course, but I found this restaurant's better,...made with real care, from the salads to the fish. As a matter of fact they don't have a big choice.
If it's summer or a pleasant day you must dine in the little terrace. That's the greekest dining experience you could have in Thessaloniki, not so touristy, not so expensive.More
Family of 5 (young teens) very much enjoyed good, local / traditional food in nice atmosphere. We certainly recommend this place.
Why not 5 stars? Possibly a bit critical: It wasn’t the exceptional 5-star experience (which we weren’t looking for nor did we expect it).
