We had a great time learning how to make pasta with the kids. Very laid back and easy, kids were engaged the whole time, we made the dough and sipped some wine, ended with a great meal. Will be back for Caro's sausage making class!

Last Friday on a personal recommendation we ate at Caro's. It was a delicious multi course northern European meal featuring game (the menu apparently changing weekly with the seasons). We started with a small salad, then moved on to a lovely game consommé. The main...More

One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and
some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two
of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll
through this especially convivial warren of narrow
streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and
quality galleries. Historically a haven for the
working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is
better known as an enclave for artists and designers.

In my cozy kitchen, I serve you a tasty meal with the preference for the use of local and organic products. My cooking style is Mediterranean, with a nod to the Dutch kitchen. On Friday night, you are welcome to join me and other guessts at the kitchen table for a hearty meal.
