Myself and my husband popped in for a sandwich - it did not disappoint, it was incredible. Daniele and his wife were very friendly and welcoming and we ended up staying for much longer and even grabbed a gelato with Daniele. We will be back...:) Highly recommend this place!More

Very nice little bistro with the possibility to taste different focaccia and antipasti platters for a very good price.

Our lunch at Mangiapepe was a great experience. Mangiapepe offers take-out as well as sit-in (but there is very limited space for sit-in). The restaurant specialices in traditional "sandwiches" and burgers. Sandwich would be a very understatement of their offering. They made Panini an art....The Panini are very dilicious and there is a very wide range of varieties. The guy running the shop is super friendly and helpful and customer-oriented. We really enjoyed our time there. Mangiapepe is best suited for people who love spicey food (my wife loves it very spicey). They have different grades of spicey add-ons. Fantastic! And its great value for the price.More

We went there randomly and we found it very friendly, chilled and welcoming. Never mind the amazing food and the cool artisan bear!! Highly recommended 😁 great quality and great pricing (ps you can get the jar of typical spicy sauce from calabria)

After visiting this place now i understand why it is voted number one on trip advisor. The food is fantastic and given that we visited whilst the whole of Italy is on lock down the food was so fresh. Daniel and Valentina are so great...and just complete the vibe and great food here. A must visit for anyone in Florence. Two massive thumbs up.More

We traveled to Florence from Rome for a day. We did lots of walking and wanted to grab something quick before we headed back to the Termini for the train ride back to Rome. We decided to go find this Mangiapepe and we are so...glad we did. The sandwiches were truly amazing and fairly priced. Their meat and cheese board with fresh bread is terrific. Their wine selection was really good as well and very reasonably priced. The folks that we met in the shop were super friendly, incredibly helpful...just terrific hosts. This is a true gem!More
