I went to this Japanese ramen place, and it was really good. They have some tasty vegetarian options, and the portions are big, so you feel full and happy with what you pay. The location is very particular, the menu is quite varied (with dessert) and the wait for the arrival of the dishes is lightened by magazines and brochures that talk about the Japanese tradition.
The food is really very good and I think it is one of my favorite dishes (I being a traveler have tasted many).

Ramen bar in authentic oriental style, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail (even the seats each have a compartment for storing coats and bags, so as not to cause clutter). Fast and professional service... the guys know how to give good advice, especially if you are new to ramen.
They don't work on reservations, two of us arrived and they seated us immediately, even though the place was almost full.
We took a spicy ramen (broth made to perfection, abundant noodles and a mix of expertly combined seasonings), two bao with pulled pork...phenomenal...and a plate of udon with chicken.
Everything was excellent, even the sweet ending.
The philosophy of the place is wonderful: pencils and cards on which to write their dreams are available to customers, to hang on the present wall of dreams... and everywhere there are sheets and writings on mindfulness and advice on how to best enjoy the ramen experience.

I had heard a lot about it among friends and family who had been there before, and I finally had the opportunity to try it.
Very good impression straight away, very welcoming staff. I really liked the seating arrangement, and the fact that they ask you (at least as a couple) if you want to sit next to each other or opposite. Very helpful in explaining any doubts about the menu. Perhaps little variety of dishes, but I must say that the quality pays off. The best ramen I've ever tasted in Verona (so far 😉). I really liked that if you want the basic spicy ramen, or if you're afraid that the already spicy one will be TOO spicy, they bring you the picc oil. separately, so that you can dose yourself.
Then what about the atmosphere, crazy! It's a personal boost, the ability to write down your dreams and see them in black and white, together with others, is truly impressive. Format that I really fell in love with.

I thought I knew what to expect: quality, a nice place, and some interesting insights into Zen culture. And yet, they still managed to surprise me, with a spectacular dinner (in the true sense of the word: I took a "dancing udon", and it arrived decorated with these very light seaweeds dancing on the plate!), a heartfelt service, and a an environment with a very high concentration of positive energy, space for reflection, lots to read, write and be inspired by. We came away enchanted. Definitely an experience I will want to repeat soon. Thank you!

Let's start with the food, 3 of us had Tantanveg, Mazemen bacon & egg, Tantanmen Ramen and finally a portion of Onigiri Pulled Pork and everything was delicious, I would go back immediately for the food we ate.
What I didn't like (and what I told the owner when, while paying the bill, he asked me how we had found it), was everything else.
I didn't like not being able to book; I can understand that the place has such a large number of customers that it is not possible to book a table, but for example they could accept the first booking in apertuta (i.e. the possibility of booking the table at the opening time of the place).
I didn't like sitting on the stools, my back suffered a lot and I would have preferred to lean on a backrest.
I didn't like not being able to sit at a 4-seat table because there were only 3 of us, but then after 10 minutes seeing that the same table had been given to 3 other diners; I understand that the managers would have preferred to assign it to a group of 4 people, but for me to see that despite arriving earlier I had sat worse, I didn't like it.
I didn't like sitting in front of the wall, which may be beautiful, of course, but I felt punished. Not to mention that since the three of us were sitting next to each other, I had difficulty talking to my daughter who was sitting beyond my wife.
Finally, I didn't like being seated near the door, because even though there was a screen, every time the door opened there was a cold draft; and unfortunately in mid-February the temperature was decidedly low.
In addition to the very good food, I also liked the bill, which I thought was fair.

It was a beautiful discovery.
Entering the restaurant you are surrounded by a relaxing, almost zen atmosphere. The waiters are very kind and smiling, ready to advise and assist you at any time.
The dishes are delicious (I recommend the vegetable udon and the meat ravioli) and the ingredients are of excellent quality.
What makes the place even more special is the "universal" aspect. In fact, through a dream book and much more they guide you on a personal journey to achieve your desires.

After several dinners with friends to taste the Ramen, including a beautiful experience with origami workshop that I hope will be repeated soon, I returned very willingly to this magical place, where you enter and immerse yourself in another world! I took my sister to taste Ramen for the first time, in the summer version without broth thanks to the initiative proposed to promote the culture of Ramen also in summer. We were both thrilled! Really exquisite food, attentive and helpful staff, also explaining how to best enjoy Ramen and how it is prepared. We also ordered takeaway for the following day :-). Like the other times, I hung my dream on the dream wall. Excellent value for money, always Recommendation to everyone! I will definitely be back!

It's not the first time I've spent my lunch break at Yume Ramen: whether with colleagues or alone, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy excellent food. Eating alone is usually not pleasant in Italy, but Yume manages to put you perfectly at ease. The philosophy of the place resonates in every gesture, and the dishes are delicious. I have tried various ramen and udon, and none have ever disappointed me. The location is also excellent, between Piazza Bra and Corso Porta Nuova.
