A must visit for anybody coming to Bellagio! This small intimate restaurant run by a very talented young chef produces truly excellent food. A lovely restaurant in the heart of bellagio. We ordered every starter on the menu and they were all delicious! My friends and family all had the steak and are still talking about how it was the best fillet they’ve ever eaten. I had the...risotto which was equally as delicious! Wonderful experience! I ate here for lunch and shared a table with another couple. We had lovely conversation which made the experience that much better. When you’re here you will feel that you are in the owners home as you watch the chef prepare your...meal. I would say they have the freshest most intricate dishes in all of Bellagio. You will have a meal here that you won’t have anywhere else. You will most likely need a reservation. I emailed the address on the website and they were very responsive. It’s so very difficult to find good quality, well prepared food in the centre of Bellagio due to the numerous tourist driven restaurants wheeling out pasta and pizza like a conveyor belt. We had lunch here and only lamented over the fact we had found...this restaurant too late in our stay to return for dinner. Outstanding food and service. We had 3 starters (bruschetta, beef tartar and aspargeus), all of which was great. Then we had beef fillet and fish of the day for main course, and again it was brilliant. Finished with a tiramisu, one of the best we ever tasted. The restaurant...has a really warm and laid back style, and the staff were brilliant. We sat in the window, which was nice. Dispensa 63 is a true culinary experience. Quality over quantity. This is not a restaurant where you will find 50 tables and servers running around everywhere. They put so much effort, love, and creativity into the food and the service reflects that as well. Without...a doubt the best food in Bellagio and a much better value than other places.More
You definitely want to eat here during your visit to Bellagio. It is a very small place seating about 18 inside and another 12 outside. You can watch you meal prepared in the open kitchen. Everything is wonderful. Beef tartare( fantastic appetizer), risotto, pastas to...steak. Due to the intimate size of this restaurant and it’s popularity be sure to make reservations ahead. "Important to reserve a table in advance. Although sitting on a stool didn't bother my husband at all, I would have enjoyed the evening much better sitting on a chair. Apart from that, excellent, excellent staff, excellent atmosphere and of course excellent food. Wonderful ristorante, a few [63 to be precise] steps from our Hotel du Lac. Just a few tables, inside and out, so you can talk with your guests without having to shout. Limited menu but truly excellent food. Had special anchovies with bread and butter,...the largest and most delicious anchovies I've ever had. Main course was pesce di giorno, excellent. Chocolate lava cake for dessert, fantastic. Great espresso. Reasonably priced. Great service.More
