Second time I’ve eaten here while visiting Toulouse in six months, and it remains consistently good.
They have two choices for starter and main courses and these are vegan/vegetarian. They have more choices for desert that also double us as accompaniments for afternoon tea.
The starters (celeriac soup and leak vinaigrette) were really good; the leak dish being exceptionally flavourful.
The mains were good, a Sixta salad was again fresh and flavourful.
However when you order any sort of curry - Thai in this case - in France it’s going to be somewhat compromised in terms of its authenticity and spiciness. So while no doubt nutritious it just lacked for real spice and was too liquid.
The deserts were perfect.
The staff on both occasions are extremely friendly and attentive, and add to the enjoyment of the place.
Based on two visits in a six month period I’ve really enjoyed Sixta and happy to recommend it.

My husband sister and I went to this restaurant yesterday. They have a very nice yet healthy single menu, the only choices being the drink, protein and dessert. The vegetables that go with the protein are all very original and delicious. The restaurant is very cozy with pretty decoration and even has a nap area which seemed very tempting :-p The toilets were clean and best of all was the service. The staff was very friendly and even spoke great English which is not very usual in France ;-)

Excellent, fresh food and drinks twinned with brilliant service. Organic, local produce handled with love and care, presented beautifully and most importantly super tasty. Primarily vegan/vegetarian it is suitable for all dietary requirements and allergies. Menu changes weekly and it always seasonal and appealing. Definitely can recommend.

We were looking for a place to have a family dinner for a large group while vacationing in Toulouse. We so appreciated Ben's willingness to work with us to deliver the perfect evening: a beautiful and delicious vegetarian meal in a casual atmosphere that allowed us to spend time catching up with one another. From the initial drinks (both alcoholic and mocktails) and fabulous starters to the main course and on to the desserts, it was perfect. Thank you Ben.

What a disappointment! I had a memory of several Saturday lunch brunches at Sixta with new flavors and common ingredients that I could never have cooked myself! Today, for 26 euros , I was allowed half the plate with green salad, raw cabbage, hummus , white rice with a sad tomato sauce and courgette with a medium calf egg ... I would have done better at home with 3 euros , so' be crazy 5 euros counting the anonymous velvety .. only element to top this restaurant the pear pie....farewell Sixta...

Nous aurions aimé connaître votre opinion à ces moments-là également.
Concernant votre expérience récente, je suis désolé d'apprendre que notre brunch n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes cette fois-ci. Nous avons pourtant reçu de très bons retours sur ce même brunch, et nous veillons à utiliser des ingrédients de qualité, locaux et biologiques, ce q'il faut également prendre en considération dans le prix. Tout comme le fait que nos desserts et boissons sont maison. Cependant, je prends bien en compte l'ensemble de vos remarques pour essayer de satisfaire toujours davantage l'ensemble de nos clients.

A small but friendly vegetarian place with a lot of vegan and gluten-free options. The starter was a refreshing beetroot and blueberry dish, and the main course was a tasty grilled eggplant served in a superb carrot sauce. But the dessert (a strawberry pie) was a tad disappointing, although clearly healthy. The prices are competitive, and for Toulouse quite affordable.

I highly recommend visiting Sixta in Toulouse if you enjoy thoughtful vegetarian and vegan food! From walking in the door I felt very welcome by the friendly staff. My French is not very good and the staff explained the menu to me in English. The food was delicious, fresh, and big portions. Great value for brunch.

Everything was perfect ! Impeccable welcome and service, smiling waiters who adapt perfectly and take great care, I was even treated to a tailor-made menu in accordance with my intolerances and it was delicious! I particularly appreciate the second service offered from 1:30 p.m.
The meals are exactly how I like them.

I can only recommend this address: a warm and friendly place in which you feel good; smiling, welcoming staff with very good advice; fast and top-notch service; and very good dishes with good products and little touches of originality.
I opted for the Saturday lunchtime brunch: very good value for money, well-filled plates and great culinary discoveries.
We leave here satisfied and with a smile.
I will return there as soon as possible! I recommend Sixta 100%.

We came for brunch in this cute concept restaurant offering organic and gluten-free products. Very warm welcome, warm and well decorated place. Enticed by the quantity of dishes offered in the brunch, we were disappointed by the actual quantity on our plate... The pancakes for dessert are very dry and served with a splash of chocolate, which is a shame because the dough is good.

Cependant, nous sommes désolés de lire que la quantité de nourriture dans votre assiette ne correspondait pas à vos attentes. Les retours de nos clients concernant les quantités proposées dans notre assiette de brunch vont rarement dans ce sens. Il ne fallait pas hésiter à nous le signaler sur le moment, nous aurions été ravis de vous rajouter une portion dans votre assiette, tout comme nous aurions pu vous rajouter un peu de notre sauce chocolat maison sur vos pancakes.

It is always with joy that I return to eat in this very friendly restaurant whose colorful, tasty and inventive cuisine charms me every time and calls me to come back.
Today, it's brunch that I discovered: beautiful plate, as tasty and creative as ever!
I have a "good fork" and I didn't leave with nothing left in my stomach, as has happened to me in other vegetarian restaurants. The only small (but really small) downside is the fact of not offering gluten-free bread (or flower bread) for those who are gluten intolerant. Today, I had anticipated and brought my bread from the flowers, but that was not always the case and I missed it a little.
Looking forward to finally reopening on Friday evening for a different atmosphere.

While passing through Toulouse, I wanted to have lunch in a vegetarian place that offers a brunch option. This place presented itself and the images are faithful to the establishment which is very warm with a great welcome from the team. The brunch formula offers your drinks and a complete and very generous plate. We can finish with a sweet touch but no obligation.
Reservation almost obligatory because of many passages.

The place is magnificent, full of charm and atypical
The Saturday brunch is excellent, varied, vegan with excellent diversity on the plate.
