We visited Le Plo on an impromptu fancy, and both had the menu at 23.9€. The camembert as a starter was simply delicious and we were surprised at the size of the portion. It came with toasted and untoasted baguette pieces and a rather large,...delicious salad. As main course, we had the crispy duck and the cassoulet. Both were exceedingly good, the duck especially was cooked to perfection and the honey sauce was a dream. Deserts were fine, but nothing special. All in all, we thought the price/quality ratio was very, very good. The servers were very friendly and forthcoming and waiting time in between dishes was just right. We recommend this restaurant unconditionnally.More

We came in on the tail end of the lunch service with a baby and stroller... this was not a problem, a table was found for us in short order. The menu had several fixed options as well as a'la carte, both entrees and mains...were of good size and excellent taste, with obviously fresh ingredients. The canard (duck) was tender and well prepared with a tasty honey sauce (not to sweet) The tataki de thon (tuna) had a perfect risotto and I chose rare, which was well rewarded as the fish did not taste like it had previously been frozen. Mouse au Chocolat was a winner with flecks of dark chocolate making it tasty and also an indigenous creation. Service was warm and friendly (and quick). Wine was typically French, i.e. yummy.More

Dined here twice while here on holiday great service and atmosphere there are options of outside tables and inside and on the first visit the only choice was inside as we had no reservation we had the foie gras on both occasions absolutely delicious. The...seared tuna with sesame was cooked to perfection crusty outside and rare in the centre the way it should be the second evening had an amazing duck breast baked in filo pastry and served with a great wine sauce - the chef here really loves producing well prepared foodMore

A lovely meal in comfy surroundings and really looked after throughout! The menu was extensive - I was spoilt for choice and the food beautifully cooked. Reasonably priced and definitely worth a visit.

We did not have a booking, - so we were a bit lucky to get in, - not the best table. But all forgotten as the food was a treat, and service polite but a bit hectic.

Delicious food. Amazing service. What more can you ask for? And totally reasonably priced. I’d eat here every night if I could! The staff are so good and nothing too much trouble. We were made welcome despite them being close to closing time.

Le Plo has been in this location for many years. Although being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of this touristic place, the service is very good - so is the food ! The sesame breaded tuna looked extremely fresh. Unfortunately we...did not have the chance to visit LePlo again - else we would have tried the fish. Also the steaks are good and cooked perfectly. Go there.More

Ignore the busy square a few metres away, and wander down to the entrance of this charming restaurant. Why sit amongst the bedlam that is the central square when you can step inside a haven of a courtyard and still watch the world go by,...but in peace. We had the last table right at the entrance and the service from the very start was lovely. The girl who served us was refreshingly charming and despite our very poor French, kept the smile throughout the meal. Fixed price menus offer a good selection at a great price and there was nothing to fault the meal at all. Weather was warm hence sitting outside is a real treat in a cool shady spot. There is no rush and the meal was really well paced. In what is a very busy part of town, which has been completely over run with tourists and suffers badly because of it, it's easy just to step away from the crowds and have a really good meal in a lovely spot just yards away from the madness that is the old town.More

Attending but hectic service. Middle of the road kitchen and medium selection of wine. Pimped up touristic menue. Not to expensive. So don’t expect to much after seeing the gault millau plaquetes on their door.

Sorry, I don't know either - we just went in having been rejected by the restaurant opposite!
