The setting is small and yet has good spacing between the tables. The food is excellent and prepared to a very high standard - tasty, finely balanced, delicious sauces, great selection. Excellent service. We can't wait to go back!

The restaurant is located in an old house inside the walled city of Carcassonne. The inside is nicely decorated, you feel cosy and surrounded by history. The service is very helpful and professional. The food is just great! So is the wine list! Its not...a tourist trap! We had a very pleasant stay and can definitely recommend La Marquière!More
