Please do not go here walahi Awful service and awful food The waiter rushed us to order and for some reason kept saying you can’t order starters because there “too busy”. The food was not worth the money. Greasy plates, dirty cutlery, dirty table and...dirty toilets. Food was lukewarm Please go eat a Dixxi burger instead it will be 100 times better. The waiters and management team seemed to be in a rush to get rid of the customers ? Can anyone explain this to me ? Am from Leeds and this place was way below par in terms of standards. I beg you people do not waste money and do not go hereMore

No sense of hygiene or customer service. We were rushed when placing the order and the the waiter was not interested in our requirements at all. The cutlery was dirty. Expensive restaurant to dine in but not really bothered about customer satisfaction at all, like...they were doing us a favour being there. The food was bland, not the worth the price we paid. The food is always good here but unfortunately i will have to rethink my next visit. Cobwebs in the corners and the toilets, absolutely disgusting. Grime, floor, toilet seat, hand dryer not working, etc. Looks like its not been cleaned since lockdown. Just get a...cleaner?More

Date of visit: 13th Aug 2021 at 8:00pm Food - Good (3 star) Ambience - Good (3.5) Service - Worst (-5.0) specially if you are visiting in peak hours. Customer treatment - pathetic. Dont go by the fancy looking building.

Have been to this restaurant with family twice. Food is great and authentic. Unfortunately both times we found the restaurant to be lacking in cleanliness both of the cutlery and the waiters. Prices are not cheap hence better service and cleanliness is expected.

Been to this place several times over the past five years, food and service was great but on this occasion it was disappointing! They guy who took our order rushed us didn’t listen/make note of how hot we wanted our curries. All the curries were...bland!! Felt very rushed. He needs to calm down regardless of how busy they are. Used to love having a good dining experience in here but, both service and food was not up to standard, irrelevant how busy you are. They seem to be in a hurry to take the order and get you out. The main guy who looks...after seating people needs to calm down and stop rushing people. He brings a negative dining experience. The food has become poor now which is a shame because it used to be decent. I hope they get it right in future but, one place I would not go back again, in a hurry.More
