Visited here on a busy Saturday - staff were very accommodating with us wanting to sit outside! Food was lovely and we ordered a wide range from vegan salads to beef brisket! Cocktail 2-4-1 offer seems good but they are quite small so you need...2 to make up for it! Staff were attentive and deserve Hugh praise!More

Having chose to eat out here on England semi final night ( we wasn’t watching the football) we didn’t realise how much of a large area the ridge covered by the fan zone. We did get a little bit concerned about the level of service...and waiting times with so many fans outside but we really didn’t need to worry. On arrival we were greeted and told we could choose a table so we opted for a booth. Our drinks orders were taken and 2 for 1 cocktails was a bonus before 7pm. We chose a burger and a hotdog and they were really tasty. The pickles were missing from the plate and we were brought onion rings instead of Mac and cheese bites but the latter issue was rectified quickly. We never mentioned the missing pickles. We also asked for an extra chicken burger which wasn’t on the menu which was happily catered for. Our desserts were nice churros and chocolate sauce and again we asked for some ice cream to go with them as many of the desserts were taken off the menu including the waffles and the fondue which was one of the things we came back for and again our request was completed. it was all really nice and the staff didn’t stop working all night serving the many of thirsty and hungry football fans while still maintaining a really good quality of service inside. Really well organised and we enjoyed the atmosphere coming from the outside area too. But overall really happy with the experience.More

Food and cocktails at the ridge are amazing! Even better when cocktails are 2 4 1 during certain hours. Food is reasonably priced and the staff are excellent. Fully recommend a visit to this place and we will return

Overall a lovely experience at the ridge seeing in laws on fathers day. Fantastic service from our lovely waitress, Chelsea, always happy and fantastic with our children. Only reason not a 5* review was that we had booked tickets for euro zone and these weren't...valid at the time we were there but this was a mix up on the website not down to the staff in the restaurant as they dealt with the situation brilliantly.More

Me and my friends went here on Friday for a live music event and it being my friends 30th birthday. The evening started well and the pink tribute was fab. We had been there for about 5 hours and had spent a fair bit on...food and drinks. A young blonde female bouncer came over to our table and picked up a fag butt off of the floor near our table. She told us we weren’t allowed to smoke at the table as they had astroturf. Only one of our group is a smoker and she was smoking the entire time we was there and no one had said anything to us. Her fag butts were going into a glass bottle we had on the table, not the floor. We apologised and said we hadn’t realised as no one had told us and we couldn’t see any signs saying no smoking. She then went off and came back 5 minutes later telling us we needed to leave and that we had burnt holes on the Astroturf. We took pictures and couldn’t find one single burn anywhere and there was fag butts around every other table. The bouncers and management came over swearing, telling us we owe thousands of pounds, calling us f**king rude and were just being intimidating bullies. Even the tables around us couldn’t believe how we were being treated. We got some of this on video too. A friend went back the next day to check and there were no burns in the Astroturf. We have always been regulars at the ridge and always spend a fair bit. We absolutely won’t be going back there again after being treated the way we were! One of our friends suffered with PTSD from the way she was once treated and finds it hard to come out and socialise as it is and this experience has definitely caused more anxiety. Whoever the manager was is an absolutely disgusting bully that thinks he can talk down to people and get in the faces of young women! Vile!More

Sat outside as it was a nice afternoon with my son, daughter in law and 1 month old grandson whilst visiting the area, my wife had taken our 4 year old granddaughter next door to watch Peter Rabbit 2. We found a table and young...waiter came over and checked we was ok with the app and to scan in, we called him back over as the app had beers on them but not shandy so I was struggling a bit, but he soon put us on the right track, when the shandy arrived it had a piece of lime in it and I asked jokenly if i could have a cherry as well he did offer to fetch me one as well. He was very friendly and polite, but did explain that the table had been booked in a hours time, which we didnt mind at all..A lovely pub and would pop back again if in the areaMore
