Good food and amazing waitress, Suzy take care of us and made the atmosphere great, she’s really kind and is always smiling, 5 stars. The only thing missing was a music in the restaurant, but the service was so great that I didn’t care about...it.More

Absolutely beautiful food and exceptional service. We decided to try Giotto following a trip to the theatre, it was within easy walking distance and not hard to find at all. We only came across it when looking at Meerkat Meals but would happily pay full.price...here. The food was absolutely beautiful and there was a really authentic vibe. Definitely found a hidden gem and we will be returning!More

Mediocre pizza priced at a stupid amount. Ordered pizza 5 mins before I arrived for collection, arrived and it was ready. Charged me £11.45, for a margherita pizza with mushrooms (mushrooms charged at an extra 50p). I got a total of around 14 tiny slices...of mushrooms… do not waste your money here.More

One of our first meals with friends post lockdown no 3 Giotto is situated at the quieter end of Oxford St near Covent Garden. The restaurant was very quiet on our visit which may be a reflection of the lack of tourists at present. We...sat inside - the room has been nicely done out and the background music was not obtrusive. The food was average to good and overall we had a nice evening which was a great success - service was friendly and not rushed. Giotto is featured on Groupon in the week though the deal is not available on a Saturday when we dined. May be not memorable though we would go again.More

Good food served quickly in a clean and cooling (it was baking outside) restaurant. Made even better as they accept meerkat meals discount.

I booked a table for 6 people a good month in advance. When we arrived at 12.30 on a Sunday, with only one table in use, the welcome was a total non-welcome, they didn't seem happy that we had arrived and we waited outside for...them to prepare our booked table. For an Italian restaurant, this is mad - they are usually so hospitable. We had 20 minutes before we could order drinks, and 30 minutes to order our meals. We went straight to main courses, and, although another table around us, who arrived 40 minutes after us, received their food, I asked, after an hour an a half wait, where our lunches might be. No apology. No offer of bread and oil. No offer of free soft drinks, let alone the bottles of wine we were drinking. We were told there was a "problem with the order system". And then 5 minutes later, our dry, over cooked, very mediocre dishes arrived. After we finished - 2 bottles of wine and 3 soft drinks in, plus 6 main courses and a side dish - were we offered any compensation for the wait ? Anything off the bill ? No, of course not. DO NOT GO ! How incredibly rude. If you can't treat your customers well in this day and age, go and do something else which doesn't involve customers. Diabolical.More
