My husband and I went to Hawksmoor Seven Dials yesterday. It was my birthday my husband and had told them this when booking and they wished me happy birthday on arrival. I can safely say this was the best steak I've ever eaten! I had...Sirloin and my husband had Rump both were cooked perfectly, the triple cooked chips and sides (mushrooms and salad) were delicious. We also had dessert Sticky Toffee pudding which was to die for. The waiting staff were very attentive and professional. We can't wait to return!More

Visited here for Sunday roast last weekend. All of us agreed it was the best roast dinner we had ever eaten. I would eat here every Sunday if I could. Superb friendly and attentive service and amazing food.

Had a fabulous meal for 4 as part of a great day out in London. We all loved the meat (fillet, rib eye and 900g porterhouse for 2). The atmosphere was vibrant, busy and welcoming. Staff were excellent and knowledgeable and dealt with my dietary...requirements without fuss. It you want straight up, solid, flavoursome food then this place delivers in spades. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone but just note - costs can rack up if on a tighter budget. Why not a five star - more exciting side dishes for those not on a meat diet.More

The staff at Hawksmoor Seven Dials are absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. We were celebrating a birthday and already at the entrance they started celebrating and giving well wishes. Our server...was Luca and he was phenomenal. He was so attentive and made sure one of our party members allergies were fully attended to. The food was absolutely delicious but the service really made the night for me. Thank you Hawksmoor Seven Dials team for going above and beyond.More

The dining room was a stuffy, low-ceilinged, poorly ventilated subterranean crypt absolutely jam-packed with tables, resulting in a cramped and very noisy environment. The headliner T-bone to share was half the size advertised and certainly not worth the over £80 price tag it carried, easily...double that of a similar sized cut at a decent steakhouse anywhere else. All in all, a rather disappointing evening.More

The staff were wonderful and the historic room is a treasure but perhaps also a cause of the cacophony of noise that prevented us from hearing each other! My bone marrow was served under a pile of soggy onions. Why? The best bone marrow I’ve...had was simply grilled with a scattering of salt crystals. The ‘rib eye’ steak was tough and full of gristle. Never seen that in a real rib eye as purchased from my butcher. The wine is good and the chosen wines had been well selected. Overall a very expensive and disappointing experience.More

Wonderful Sunday dinner - all 4 of us, including my two daughters who are not normally steak-eaters, had really great steaks that were delicious and perfectly cooked. The Caesar salad was delicious - and presented uniquely with full leaves of romaine lettuce dressed with a...really great dressing. Other sides were all great too. And they are famous for the sticky toffee pudding, which was the best we have had in London. A special thank you to Michele, who provided GREAT SERVICE. He was very attentive, he had great suggestions, and he really took great care of us. We were all so impressed with him. I cannot say enough good things about him! Overall a great dinner, and we all look forward to our next dinner here…More

I love Hawksmoor. I've visited at least a dozen times, including several times at this location, and have never left anything less than a 5 star review. So, when I was looking for somewhere for a Sunday roast, it seemed like the obvious choice. The...meat, as you'd expect, was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The gravy was also very good. The rest was a huge disappointment. The potatoes were so chewy they were barely edible and the Yorkshire pudding was heavy and dry. I was surprised and let down, and if it had been my first visit, I'd have never gone back. If I ran Hawksmoor, I'd immediately stop serving Sunday roast. It doesn't work. A huge shame.More

We had our best London dinner here. We sat in the lower level which had a really cool arched brick ceiling and industrial pillars. Our waiter was great, I wish I recalled his name. He helped with our food and wine options and gave us...great advice. Our steaks were amazing, some of the best I’ve ever had. The ribeye was fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone. Do bring your wallet, as it wasn’t inexpensive; but again it was an incredible dinner.More
