Had a lovely visit, took my gf there for a date and got really treated. Staff were amazing and pulled out all the stops, their manager (think his name was josh) was amazing and food was fastt and really good.

Pie was very tasty, as you'd hope, not a massive amount of meat inside, and not the tenderest beef I've had. 'Cherry pie' sundae was very nice too, though I'd have preferred it in a glass rather than the wafer basket, and would probably go...More

Fabulous classic, traditional meat (or vegetarian) pies that are hard to find served this way these days. I think I remember I ordered a delicious veal, ham and lentils pie with mash, gravy, mushy peas and cheese and a lovely west country cider all for...More

Pieminister is a Bristol institution and the Stokes Croft Cafe/Restaurant was one, if not, their first foray into sit down standalone serviced outlets. The venue it self is clean with modern contemporary decor. Their menu has an excellent selection of all their pies with a...More

usually sceptical of pie chains being from the north and specifically the spiritual home of the pie. the menu is good with a larger than average selection of pies (which you would expect) and they have tried to put a twist on it so that...More

Our Stokes Croft restaurant is our home, where we first began making pies in Bristol back in 2003. Our now award-winning, original classic pies are still headliners but have now been joined by a feast of options – meat-free, gluten-free & vegan, along with our incredibly good pastry-free baked skillets. But we’re so much more than just pie, come along and try our range of sides – from traditional mash, peas and gravy to zesty slaw, salads and halloumi fries. With local beers, ciders and happy hour cocktails on offer, brunch for the weekend and our delicious soft scoop sundaes for a sweet tooth fix we’ve got something for everyone.
