The three of us went to eat in this restaurant. The restaurant is located on the outside of Arandjelovac in a street where there are 3 restaurants. We also ate at one of the other two. They may add up to the quality, because the...food is excellent. In advance we received good and friendly advice about the amount of the portions and it is recommended to order half a portion of the goulash (200 grams instead of 400 grams). We ate a very tasty game goulash, game sausages and pork ribs. The taste and quality were very high. We drank a house wine from a regional Serbian grape. Combined well. And before and after a tasty fruit jenever (rakija). This restaurant is definitely recommended.More

I found food OK, sausages were great! Service can be better for sure, maybe they had bad day😉 but it should not be like that in 5 stars place. Interior is not inspirational at all. Nice to visit, that is all.

I loved the food here, kobasica and the rebarca were excellent. Gulasch was ok and the wine nice to drink. Ww were outside under the trees in silence of nature and sometimes hearing the "wild" animals in the small yard below us. The service was...great. Id say fast although there were not too many people at that say.More

Restaurant is located on the hilltop, overlooking the city of Aranjelovac - it has a very nice view. Portions are large and very tasty - I never had a dish that was anything but perfect. They also have delicious homemade fruit juices.

Quiet and pleasant place. Very tasty meat from wild boar, pheasant soup and even bread. Around the pacified environment - a forest, young deers..

Fat and heavy cuisine, outside seating facing the closed area with roe-deers, which stinks and does not give much appetite. Cold meat cuts oversalted, kajmak quite good. Meat balls with potato purée and grilled chicken very average...

This restaurant was a true revelation for us. We found them by looking at Trip Advisor, and we were extremely surprised! The staff was great (girl that worked on Saturday) was a symbol of true hospitality, everything that we ordered was timed perfectly, we didn't...have to wait for anything! The food. My goodness, the food was divine! Since this restaurant mainly prepares game, we had to eat like hunters do! We had pheasant soup which was delicious! Also, we tried smoked ribs, hunter's stew and venison in kajmak. Believe me, you will enjoy it greatly. Also, as a tip - take the homemade bread :) And to top it off, they have a couple of deer, goats and a few other animals that are grazing freely on a nearby pasture.More

Night fall and we are hungry. On our way to west Serbia coming from the North, we made a stop in a lovely "posada" for a night. All around: a massive park and a super fancy hotel, where to find that famous hospitality in the...center of Serbia? Right here. When the taxi started climbing a mountain and it all was darkness, I had my doubts. When then I started climbing down stone stairs with crouches, I had doubts. But when I entered... I entered the XIV century, in the best kind of senses. A platonic view of how things used to be, if you wish. A family run restaurant that is also a farm and home of passionate hunters, offers the best game meat and domestic meat of whole Serbia ( and I tried many!). We were lucky that night, probably one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. Traveling to the past, to a postcard of home made broth and wood oven delicious bread, mouth-melting incredibly tasty meat of all kinds... Super tasty salad, great rakija, and that soup with a wood spoon... Oh Serbia, I think Serbia is this restaurant in a way. In a corner I could see the talented cook and mother of the house smiling benevolent to her son, surely one of the hunters of the house. What a great relationship do mothers and sons have in this country, they truly take care of each other no matter what. And then, looking up at me, the foreigner from far away lands, with curiosity and complicity. I think that night was the time I made the biggest effort to speak serbian ever. How not to? That mind blowing authenticity of the dinning room welcomed you in the most soothing manner to reveal all your hopes and dreams between bites and laughter. It is both a refuge and a home, that home you miss when you are far away. That home you miss even when you are home. I want to also add, she brought us some home made cookies that were absolutely delicious and perfect to end that feast. It is one of those places I hope to be able to return to, no matter where I am or where I go, no matter the darkness of nights or the cold of winters, sit by the fire place and let her take care of you for a day.More
