Sunday roast lunch here is very good - I had the beef which was delicious and had lots of flavour, and came with a huge Yorkshire pudding. The sides were also good, nice selection of different vegetables. Great service, staff were very friendly and helpful....More

Before I start, two observations. 1. There is no point in wasting time writing about average. To my mind reviews should warn people of the unacceptable and steer them towards the outstanding. 2. The average British publican cares little for service. Rather than coming to...More

Hadn’t realised this was such a big operation and so popular. We just popped into the bar with the dog before going for a walk back to West Bay. Excellent soup and even better bread selection to go with it. Good bar with lots of...More

The Three Horseshoes know how to do it right- the simple formula of great service and great food, no wonder they were fully booked for Sunday lunch today. Roast pork loin tender and full of flavour- rack of lamb, excellent. Beautifully cooked. Don't make our...More

I was allowed to take my dog into the right hand bar, not the left hand main bar.

I'm not entirely sure. I think you would be able to get into the bar for sure but not into the restaurant. They do serve food in the bar. I would ring them and ask, the staff were very friendly and helpful when we visited.

Jaap and Hannah Schep are looking forward to welcoming you to the Three Horseshoes; a stunning 300 year old thatched Pub & Kitchen in the idyllic village of Burton Bradstock. Our menu promises great British pub food, using local, seasonal produce. We make everything in house where possible and where it is not possible we support the best local suppliers and producers. We are a Pub & Kitchen with family values at the heart of everything we do. We have three young children and we are pleased to say the Three Horseshoes is somewhere we would be happy to spend our own free time – with or without the kids. Friendly staff providing a warm welcome, excellent beers and wines which have been carefully selected and our traditional pub atmosphere ensure we are worth a visit.
