Hi!
I've stayed here a number of times and thought I could answer your question.
The hideaway lodges have a small decking area around the hot tub with a fence around it. There is an opening about 1m wide for a dog to get through. You can close this up by turning the outside table on its side or taking something with you to fill the gap. We use the table when we go there.
The clova lodges do NOT have an enclosure for your dog. However, the lodges are spaced far enough apart that you can let your dog for a pee as long as you keep an eye on him. Our dog has NO recall whatsoever but we let him out for short spells without his lead but keep an eye on him i.e. at night for a pee. In the clova lodges, we take a long rope and tie the dog to a post so that he can sniff around without fear of him taking off. There are sheep, deer, pheasants around in abundance.
The Glen lodges have just a gravel car park outside and are not suitable for letting the dog out, unless it's for a walk further away.
DO NOT let this put you off! Our dog LOVES going here and he will happily sit and look out the window at the wildlife. There are loads of places to walk and it's a holiday that's as much about the dog as about you. Just try to find a solution that suits your dog for letting him out alone.
