Enjoy an elevated tasting experience before dinner at the Champagne Terrace. Carved into the cliffs, the terrace overlooks the beach and ocean, the perfect setting for enjoying more than 15 different champagnes ranging from Blanc de Blancs to Rosé and vintage champagnes. Our experienced wine team will guide you through the process and help you to learn about each champagne, along with a selection of moles and artisan salts.
Had the most memorable birthday dinner ever! Ambiance is to die for and the food was top notch!! Israel, our host, provided AMAZING customer service....which made the entire night that much more special! Highly recommend!!
The best I have been in Cabo and one of the best places I have eaten on the planet. Great food and service (thanks Salgado) and a perfect view of the moonrise and water at sunset. Book very early. Worth the price. From the first...greeting til the last taste of dark chocolate and orange tamale for dessert.More
Delicious dinner with even better views! The menu is more then satisfying, went with my husband and boy the end of the meal we were wishing we had split the main course. The view is beyond compare, we recommend going at Sunset, to enjoy it...all, including some whales passing by! The service was also incredible, Salgado took such good care of us. We would totally recomend and come Back one day.
Ps. Expensive but totally worth it!More
only redeeming quality of this restaurant is its view! last night in cabo and have been to flora field farms twice, seared, acre, and ediths.. all were just great.. el farallon is a joke .. a bad joke.. inflexible food terrible .. it’s their way...or the highway.. we will never ever be back.. i caution you to not go!! waste of time snd money ! gave it a 1/5 because of the view!!!More
We were lucky to be staying at the Waldorf where this restaurant is located so it was just a short walk to the beautiful cliff side restaurant. However, I could see why so many people from other hotels made a special trip to El Farallon....You can't beat the quality of the food and the view. Often times, it's one or the other, but this location has both worth making the journey for. The menu may seem intimidating, but just go for the Cabo Bounty which includes little bit of everything. You'll get to find out what you like and don't. Having gone here 4 times in a week wasn't enough. I want to specially thank Salgado for making us feel so welcomed from the very first dinner. Hope to see you again my friend.More
Four of us from Idaho, two couple went here for our final specials meal in Cabo San Lucas. The location was fantastic and the service was incredible. Our only problem was the food. We spent $650 on dinner with tip and tax. We were expecting...one of the best meals of our lives. What we got was borderline terrible. Some of our parties commented that we had far better meals in Cabo for under $15.00 a piece.
My advice.... Go here for a drink or a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful view and great service. Do not get ripped off on an over priced non-satisficing meal.More
Everything from when you enter to leave is above and beyond. The location is beautiful, the food delish, and the service exceptional. Our waiter, Salgado, made our time at the restaurant so enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!
El Farallon exceeded all of our expectations. We were greeted at the front gate and were escorted around the property to dinner. Was wonderful to be able to see all the Waldorf has to offer. When we arrived to dinner we were able to sit...down and relax for a drink by the bar and soak up the views. I have never had such attentive service as I did at El Farallon, every person we came across was so sweet, especially our server Salgado. Everything we ate was delicious, we didn’t feel rushed, and was able to enjoy the live music. The only downside is how cold it is, but El Farallon also takes care of that, they provide heaters and blankets to make their guests comfortable. If you are looking for a high end dinner in Cabo this is the spot!!More
This restaurant was recommended by friends. We flew from New York to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday and I noted in my reservation that is was a special celebration; several staff members acknowledged at our seating that it was his birthday. The service was inattentive...but the worst part was that we observed them singing happy birthday to another table. I double checked that they sing happy birthday and reminded them that it was his birthday because it was the end of our dinner and no one had come and they ensured me they do. We waited a little bit longer and no one came. On my way out the hostess said that someone told her that my husband did not want them to sing happy birthday. That was a lie. No one talked to my husband at all and they definitely did not say ‘do you want us to sing happy birthday to you?’ That doesn’t even make sense and is a weird thing to lie about. I took a lot of time to plan out this week for his birthday and this dinner was supposed to be the cherry on top. It ended up being the worst part of our trip. I am so disappointed and disgusted that an establishment with its reputation would not only ignore a special celebration but also lie about it. My trip is now overshadowed by this. It’s unfortunate our experience was terrible because the location is gorgeous.More

Suit and tie not required. Some people were dressed in shorts and others were dressed business casual. It’s really whatever you want to wear and what you feel comfortable with. There is no dress code. It’s a rocky path so be careful with footwear. It also gets cold but they have heat lamps and blankets.

You have the same view at the restaurant just a few feet away. Personally, I would just have champagne at drink it at your table. Also, if you’d like to bring your own bottle, corkage is $50.
