This was an exceptional experience we can't stop telling everyone about. The food, service, and ambiance is world-class. Ismael and Cisero (I hope I have her name spelled correctly) set the tone from the very minute we sat down. I don't recall another time when...we have received such expert service. You can see they really enjoy being part of La Leche. Now, onto the food - I had Duck Mole and my husband had the beef filet special. We've been to Beijing for a famed duck dinner but after La Leche, when we want duck, we will now be heading South of the border versus the Far East. The seasoning on my husband's steak was absolute perfection. La Leche has an impressive wine selection including from Valle de San Vicente in Baja of which we enjoyed a great bottle of reasonably priced Tempranillo. The restaurant itself is very unique and we enjoyed the Charlie Chaplin shorts playing overhead. The prices are a little on the pricier side but this is inventive dining at its best and we will certainly return the next time we're in PV. Thank you for a memorable evening.More

La Leche absolutely exceeded my expectations from the moment my friend and I walked through the door. We wanted to end our trip with a restaurant with a great ambiance and even better food and I’d like to say this definitely filled all the buckets...and then some. We revisited La Leche after a couple of years, it would seem since the Chef has spent more time focused on Masterchef Mexico than tending to LL. The menu hasn't changed in years, no creativity, still pushing the same tired old options. 2 waiters for...the entire room and no manager, appreciate its low season but they suggest they are high-end, which couldn't be further from the truth. All this is insignificant as to how the managerless staff dealt with thats next. We had the apps, then got stomach cramps, requested the bill, asked to cancel the rest of the meal, They refused, which if the food was freshly prepared seemed odd that it would take 30 minutes to prepare a main, My guess everything is frozen. This was our second time at Le Leche. It was so good the first time we wanted to go again. They definitely did not disappoint! Rodolfo and Chelsea took very good care of us during every course of our meal. We had wonderful food starting...with a beautiful tuna appetizer, oysters Rockefeller and a creamy vegetable soup that was delicious! The next three courses were mahi mahi in a white wine sauce, a beef taco dish (but fancy!) and duck confit that is apparently Le Leche’s signature dish. Because it was our anniversary they really lit up our table with fireworks in the lovely cheesecake they prepared for dessert. It was all sooo delicious! Highly recommend!More
