This café is at the south east end of the beach conveniently situated next to a bus stop so you can keep out of the sun while waiting for a bus. I paid $8 BBD for a mug of warm instant coffee whitened with what tasted like evaporated milk. I had to ask for a spoon. I got the impression that the establishment got more customers than it needed to make an effort for. Several coaches and 6 land rover type ‘safari’ vehicles disgorged their passengers in the hour I was there. My tip; there are wash rooms to the left hand side of the building.

Dina's bar and cafe is situated in a fantastic spot where you can watch the surf as it rolls onto Bathsheba Beach. The food is fresh and the service reasonable but the ambiance of the place is completely ruined by the endless stream of coaches and safari’ vehicles which arrive and depart depositing and collecting hoardes of people. The cafe clearly has many customers and you do feel as if you are on a conveyor belt being pushed along to make way for the next cover.

Three of us visited Dina's for lunch recently. Breath taking view and reasonably prompt service. However, much to my disappointment, the peas and rice I ordered was served with no gravy (I specifically asked for gravy on the rice) and the Pork Chops were both undercooked. I mentioned this to the server, but she offered no apology, and the bill was brought for the full amount. This restaurant commands a stunning beach front view, but the service and food, are sadly lacking. Please also beware of the flies, which appear, when your meals are served. I absolutely HATE flies hovering over food. Prices are steep, and a lunch plate can cost approximately BDS $45 for a simple meal of rice OR maccaroni Pie, one protein and salad. One of my guest ordered shrimp (BDS $55) and was served literally 5 medium sized shrimp on her plate with her main dish. This place is great for a drink stop, but beware of the prices, quality of food, and service. Would not be returning, as it is certainly not value for money.

We have visited Dina's on three occasions now due to its beach location, but every time it has disappointed. It is the worst place we have encountered on the island in terms of service - the owner herself is ill-tempered and rude, staff are unattentive and surly, expect to wait over an hour for food and drinks, a lack of cleanliness and poor food quality despite the inflated pricing. I am perplexed by the positive reviews for this place and can only imagine they have been left by friends. Uncle Joe's Bar & Grill across the road provides an incredible service, so don't waste your time here, we certainly won't be back!

This place is amazing and has a fantastic view of the beach. The ambiance and atmosphere is just so calming as the ocean breeze keeps you cool. The service is excellent and the staff are so caring and courteous. I ordered the fried snapper platter with jack potato, coleslaw and tossed salad. The jack potato was stuffed with mushrooms, sweet peppers, onion and cheese. I must say the food was excellent!!!!! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who loves the outdoors and enjoys casual dining by the beach.

We took a taxi to get out of Georgetown and see the east side of the island. My mother insisted on a place to eat on the water and fell in love when she saw this place. The apps were great and I had Kingfish for my main course which was very good! The rum punch there crept up and kept me happy for the rest of the afternoon. The only thing is that the place is very expensive and ran five of us around $200 for lunch! Beautiful view though.

We visited twice for lunch. On the first occasion, it took about half an hour to produce a couple of salads...delivered by a waitress with a face like thunder. Thinking it couldn't get any worse, we returned the following day. How wrong can you be? On this occasion, one salad took about 45 mins to turn up, and the second only appeared after nearly an hour. Astonishing! At least this time we were spared the somewhat menacing manner of the previous day's waitress, but her young male replacement seemed utterly uninterested in the task. All in all, the slowest, least enthusiastic service I can ever remember experiencing anywhere, so give Dina's a miss and go across the road to Uncle Joe's. The food is just as good, and it's delivered promptly by smiling and attentive staff.

Excellent food and service. We had 2 king fish Cesar salad with a side of macaroni pie and rice and peas (although not really needed). Creole rice, king fish, salad and coleslaw and finally king fish, salad, coleslaw, macaroni pie and drinks. The heavens opened just after we’d finished eating!!

We stopped for lunch at this colourful cafe overlooking the sea and really enjoyed it. There are picnic tables either with parasols or arranged under an awning. Service was very pleasant. We all had grilled fish with pie ( baked macaroni and cheese) and salad. The flying fish was the favourite ( the marlin was a little over cooked). The rum punch is excellent. The COVID protocols were excellent with required sanitizing and temperature checks on arrival, sanitizing of tables and washrooms and staff wearing masks. A really nice local spot for lunch with the sound of the waves crashing behind.

This and pleasant and friendly place right by the ocean and attracts lots of passing visitors. Staff were attentive and orders placed very quickly. Very covid compliant. We had a light meal of Spring Rolls and coffee. Coffee was good but luke warm, portion size for Spring Rolls was small (3) with small amount of lettuce and pot of chilli sauce. All just about OK but did not expect the high cost.

If you are a couple looking for lunch and are not part of an organised tour you will not get served! We waited for nearly a hour before we even got a drink and that was only after we approached the bar. After several coach buses had come and gone and we hadn’t even ordered we decided we had had enough. Proprietor was not interested in us. She didn’t explain why the tour operators had priority or how long it would take for us to get a meal So if you are not part of an organised tour don’t bother with this place

Drove over to the East side of the island and took a stop at Bathsheba beach where we saw this cafe and thought we’d stop for a drink and lunch. The waitress was miserable but took us to a table where we ordered our drinks. After what seemed like forever waiting for someone to take our order, the owner eventually came over. The place wasn’t exactly busy but it would appear she was socialising with her friends so perhaps it was too much effort for her to serve her customers. Tried to make polite conversation with her but she was unwelcoming and abrupt. We felt quite uncomfortable and at that point felt we wanted to get up and leave but as we had already ordered our drinks thought we’d get it over and done with. Eventually after 35-40 minutes our food arrived. Fish with an uncooked jacket potato. My husband’s wasn’t as undercooked as mine but both meals were not up to scratch for the price and looked so unappetising and bland. Asked for our bill and waited another 30 minutes for that too but was relieved to pay and get away. We are staying on the West side where we have experienced the most wonderful hospitality and kindness, so it came as a shock to experience such rudeness and to feel so unwelcome . It felt like we were an inconvenience. It really spoilt what was a lovely day out for us but will put it down to experience and never set foot there again.

Fabulous lunch with our friends. Dina and her daughter were wonderful hosts, full of fun and great service. The food and drinks were excellent and we had such a wonderful view sitting under the marquee and looking across at the sea with the breeze cooling us down. Loved this lunch!

Spent a wonderful day at Bay Lounge and decided to stop at Dina's for drinks on our way home. I don't think I have ever been so disappointed in a bar in Barbados. Their prices were completely outrageous. No menu board posting prices so ordered a vodka tonic, a rum and coke and 2 beers. Fifty two dollars. Twenty two dollars for a vodka and 18 dollars for rum. Are you freaking kidding me. We can buy a bottle of rum for 32 dollars and it is 1.75 litres. It is 100 dollars for a 1.75 litre bottle of vodka. So after 2 rum and 5 vodka these bottles are all paid for and the rest of the money is just pure gravy for these awful business people. I have been in the food service industry for most of my adult life and realize that the owners must make a living but gouging like this is just shameful. I hope I am never unfortunate enough to have to darken the door of this rip-off establishment again.

Right on the shoreline at Bathsheba this brightly coloured hut turns out some very tasty dishes. Great lunch stop, try the grilled Marlin it’s delicious. Great staff too and excellent value for money
