The best meal we've had in the BVI ! We were welcomed ashore earlier that afternoon and invited to make use of the pool and walk around. The food was delicious, I had the dynamite prawns then swordfish, both of which were on special. Barry...even gave us a lift from our boat and back so we didn't need our dinghy. On a recent trip to Virgin Gorda we dined at North Sound Bistro. It was the BEST meal of our trip- so good we returned a second night! The owner/manager Barry arranged our transport from Leverick Bay. Docking at Blunder Bay the restaurant is beautifully...lit and so welcoming. Tony the chef prepared outstanding meals both evenings- fresh fish with a delicious sauce, a yummy curry and amazing steaks- our server was wonderful too. The the whole experience was top notch! We will be back the next time we visit.More
North Sound Bistro is the best restaurant in North Sound. Excellent house made appetizers, main courses and desserts. Fresh fish, shrimp, and delicious ribs. Least expensive mooring balls in the Sound. Barry will collect and bring menus. Dale, the General Manager does a great job....The staff (Lo’Ronda/Kito/Cloanna) are very attentive and knowledgeable. The views are amazing. An infinity pool with the same awesome view available for guest use. BEYC and Saba have nothing on this fantastic place. Look for Blunder Bay Marina, west of Leverick. This is Nohea Holokai’s favourite spot.More
On the dock for two nights. Water & power available on slips. Food is excellent. Our group has eaten across the menu and it's all been delicious.
This place is a gem and really worth a visit!! The staff was super friendly and the food was incredible. Best meal we had in the Virgin Islands.
We had the best dinner and evening at North Sound Bistro! Service, food, cocktails all exceptional; absolutely one of the highlights of our trip. We will definitely be returning! I’m sure reservations are necessary in the high season; we were lucky to walk in without...a reservation mid July.More

Great island restaurant! Setting can’t be beat, good food great service! Seafood was fresh, wings were spicy and delicious, grouper took the cake!!

Absolutely best meal on our BVI boat trip. They had caught a Tuna that day and it was prepared perfectly. Best tuna I have had in a long long time. Gals had pasta and said it was delicious. Definitely a must visit every time I...come to Leverick Bay. Staff is so friendly and views are amazing. Don’t skip this place.More
We were wondering is this would be a good choice as it is relatively new for the Sound. Boy were we glad we took the chance. Best experience! Food was amazing. Staff was excellent. View cannot be beat. The entire staff was professional and attentive....Chef Tony stopped by our table was a pleasure to visit with. The construction is new and everything is in great shape, including the new dock. I cannot say enough about how everyone in our group enjoyed this restaurant. Top notch.More
Arrive by dinghy or boat to this hidden gem in Blunder Bay. Small bistro/marina/gift shop at the northwest end of North Sound, not obvious. Relaxed, intimate environment serving casual family style foods, and full bar. We had a terrific lunch looking out over all the...mooring action on the sound. Wraps, burgers, poke, fries, wings, grilled fish sandwich, etc. None of it overcooked and all nicely seasoned (a good change from the usual greasy fare). Served by accomodating and friendly staff, and the manager stopped by. Other guests had local lobster ordered ahead from the dinner menu, which looked great. This is a needed addition to the food available in the Sound. Support your local business! Moorings/trash service/ice also available.More
Fabulous locally-owned bistro with amazing and delicious menu and an earnest and caring staff and gorgeous views of the North Sound. Our group of five adults dined at sunset and had the best evening. The coconut shrimp with a spicy mango sauce was so fresh...and flavorful. Tuna tartar also so fresh with delightful seasoning. Mahi with creole sauce, succulent fish stew, rare tuna, green Thai shrimp, and snapper. We could not resist sharing every dish to experience all the flavors. This bistro is the best-kept secret in Virgin Gorda. Don’t miss it.More
We took the private boat the restaurant provided and had a lovely trip over. The restaurant is small with a beautiful view of Blunder Bay. Food was fresh and delicious. The hamburger was outstanding as was the fries and wine. We all had a great...lunch.More
